Led Zeppelin are brilliant but really, Bonhmam is the greatest drummer? He would have loved watching this. I wish they had the Vic Firth drum cam for this performance. This makes Pneuma look easy.

Danny's mastery over polyrhythms is simply incredible. He blows almost all other drummers out of the water in this respect. You can hear just how many rhythmic patterns he has going on at the beginning of this, one in each hand and I believe he may even have one per leg too (one in the high hat And one in the bass drum). I know professional musicians who would struggle doing 2 effectively at the same time, let alone even 3, but 4. THAT takes some serious skill! Then the addition of extra triplets on the beats as he transitions to that solo fill 🤯
