The EAC High-Level Side Event was convened on 29th November, 2024 in Arusha, Tanzania, under the sub-theme EAC@25: A Reflective Journey celebrating 25 years of progress in regional integration.
The event showcased milestones in trade, peace and security while exploring the pivotal role of digital transformation in driving the EAC’s future towards Vision 2050. It also provided an opportunity for discourse on challenges and charting a way forward on the region’s prosperity.

Where is the congolese there please coz the day was for us but you have not put want we did there
It will make EAC interlinked and connected virtually something which remain a debt to many citizens residing in the community as a regional bloc. Political will is of great importance to operationalize this concern. EAC has to work collectively to ensure common prosperity for all partner states.

They should speak kiswahili
Labour immigrant policy should be revisted to give opportunity to labour immigtant in the EAC. The policy when checked many of our people mainly the youth who are jobbless due to many factors existing in their potential countries can benefit the community freedom and developmet strategies. Secondly transparency and action in imprementation of the facts and figures out of the forum should be put into action for the regional people to enjoy the fruits of EAC socia and economic development. Thank you. .
