Haha. Yes, that's right. The guy at the hotel was explaining to us that the beach just outside is called 'Mar Menuda' which means 'little sea'. This is because it is the smaller of two beaches in the town. The other one is called Platja Gran (big beach in Catalan).

Sorry you feel like that and I fully appreciate that you don’t want to share your country with noisy yobs - I don’t like people who behave like that either. We love Spain and have traveled far and wide in your beautiful country. We always respect the places we visit and encourage others to do the same. Benidorm and Magaluf certainly aren’t our scene.

Looks like the main attractions only open on 2nd December but I’m sure there will be some decorations up before then. Regardless, Zaragoza has some superb places and in the El Pilar, one of the best cathedrals we have seen in Spain (but to be fair, the country has a lot of great cathedrals!) Sounds like you are going to have a busy time in Spain 😀

We always book on the Renfe website but tickets are usually available only 2 months in advance. So if you are booking any later than for the first week of October it won’t show.

No worries. Glad you enjoyed the memories. They have certainly overhauled at lot of the hotel over the last few years so it’s no wonder it looks different if you haven’t been since 2005.

Hey currently here with a child with allergies too they cater for allergies if you let them know in advance they will prepare nut free food for them away from any other possible cross contamination you just need to put your order in each day before your evening meal and they'll have it ready for you.

@@robonholidayblog do you have a special relation with the hotel, does someone in your family work there or are you some form of owner, im just wondering because it seems too good to be true that the staff allow you to do this to them, otherwise the staff are very chill and extremely kind.

No, we've just been visiting for a long time. This level of videos is not how it started out - it has just grown every year and, as we've gotten to know the staff there and they've loved watching the videos each year, the amount of effort they put in just gets bigger. And, yes, we're always blown away by how much they are willing to do.

@@robonholidayblog hey, dont take this personally, i did feel a bit hesitant while writing this but i feel you should try using chilled out / soft sounding music for your next video because its kind of startling and loud when it starts if you get what i mean, I do like your videos, the editing is perfect and the way you layer everything is nice.

@@MaragiMusic Thanks. Yes, it's always a difficult choice with the music. We're just using free stuff and there isn't too much chilled out. But we'll have a look at the options and see if we can find something more tranquil.

Yes, that's right. You can buy a pass (which should more accurately be called a bundle) which gets you one skip-the-line pass per attraction. Otherwise, it works on a pay-per-ride basis through the DLP app.

We’ve seen the San Juan from Pineda de Mar but never from Tossa. But I can imagine it’s amazing with fireworks in front of the castle. And yes, Tossa de Mar strikes a good balance between facilities and a slightly quieter vibe.

@@robonholidayblog We enjoying the boat trip to Lloret and Blanes so yep we had a nice afternoon there. Tossa seemed untainted by the 21st Century which we liked too.
