@jaysongarcia9100 pag nag case ready na po yung status ng visa ninyo pwede na po kayo mag create ng account sa VAC para makapili ng interview schedule, biometric fingerprint then after po ng confirmation ng interview ninyo paschedule po kayo ng medical sa st luke before interview.

It may take 2-3 months sometimes and they will send a notice letter for remedical.

Try po ninyo hingan yung old company po ninyo or pick niyo po yung ibang option.

Yes po update niyo po yung current tax transcript at kung ano po yung mga expired like nbi, or any documents double check niyo dalhin niyo din ang original at copy upon initial interview. Goodluck po sa inyo.

Hi mam, ano po visa category ninyo? Mahirap po mag advise dahil may lawyer po kayo meaning sila nag assist po sa inyo sa application. If incase wala padin response ang lawyer ninyo, try to DIY your case kung nasa inyo naman po lahat ng papers. Then log in to the new sytem po yung VAC para makakuha kayo ng schedule for interview kasi yan nalang kulang ninyo at pdos.

I highly advise to consult with an immigration attorney for more specific advice on your particular circumstances. Base on google it shows that you can still file I-751 petition with a waiver based on extreme hardship or battery or extreme cruelty. I am praying the best for you.

Hello po, kung additional docs lang po ang inupload ninyo sa CEAC and status po ay submit lang hindi na nila yan iaaccept kasi titingnan lang nila yan during interview. Basta make sure po nasubmit ninyo.

The NVC does not accept credit card or personal check payments. Access your checking account number from your bank, as the routing number is typically found at the bottom of a check.

Hi po, hindi ako sure kung close na yung case. Hindi rin po ako expert sa ganitong situation. Patulong po kayo sa mga immigration lawyer. Try po kayo mag appeal at provide niyo po yung mga supporting legal documents, try niyo ring magfile sa PSA for birth certificate ng anak ninyo. Sana magiging ok na po yung process ninyo, praying for the best po sa inyong mag ina.

You don't need to notify the NVC, just don't forget to click submit so the consul officer can see the updated I-864 upon the interview along the supporting documents po. Goodluck po sa interview.

@@Pen87VlogMs Pen, right after nung interview ng son mo sa Embassy sa Manila, may binigay ba sila Immigrant Fee handout? Yung nandon yung A-Number and DOS Case ID para makapag bayad ng greencard or it’s in the VISA packet? Thank you for taking your time sa pag respond.

@marionm682 wala pong binigay after interview, pero kasama na po yan pag na issued ang passport visa may isang papel na kasama sa passport at magsesend din sila ng email.

Having a hard time to find the invoice number sent from nvc it's not there only the case number is there. Only invoice number and receipt number are the informations sent from nvc
