I'm Looking For An A Husband ❤️( I'm willing to relocate)
Hi, im Cassy aka "Chocolate Autizzy." I’m a late diagnosed autistic woman living with alexithymia, and I’ve made it my mission to advocate for those who feel unseen and unheard. Whether you’re navigating life with ASPD, CPTSD, dysthymia, or just carrying emotional pain that feels too heavy, I want you to know that your struggles matter, your suffering is valid, and your story deserves to be heard.
Being a mental health advocate while struggling to get my own care isn’t easy. Some days, it feels like trying to save a sinking ship with a teacup. But I keep going because I know what it’s like to feel invisible. I respond to messages from people who’ve been labeled as “incels,” “femcels,” or worse labels that mask the real issue: loneliness, pain, and the need for connection.
I’m also passionate about standing up for overworked professionals like teachers, nurses, and law enforcement workers. These roles ask so much of you while offering so little emotional support in return. You don’t have to have it all together to help others, but you do deserve the space to say, “I’m not okay.”
We’re all in this together. The suffering of the emotionally handicapped and neurodivergent will no longer be ignored. My goal is to break the stigma, to remind us that mental health is a necessity, not a luxury, and to create a world where asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness. You don’t need to be perfect to be worthy. Show up as messy, human, and healing as you are that’s enough. And together, we can create the compassion we all need.

Every time you post something expressing how desperate you feel I warn you to stop because someone’s gonna end up taking advantage of you. I really can’t keep repeating this cassie. I don’t want to see you get hurt but I can just keep warning you forever. You may have to just learn on your own. That said, look into vulnerable npd. Try talking to NPD creators online. Many of the things you say, sound like things I hear them say. Don’t talk to your mother. She’s more concerned about the way your content affects her reputation than is concerned with your wellbeing.

I agree with the safety concerns of other commenters Theres a lot to contemplate on in this video, but theres one thing i really wanted to share: every ounce of happiness I feel, I have to fight for. I was dx'ed with dysthymia about 6 years ago and ive thought many of these thoughts for a long time. I have to fight back my negative thoughts and force myself to find *something* positive even when I dont want to. Especially when I dont want to. I hold onto whatever I find desperately; its often entirely unrelated to what i might be upset about. Its really damn hard, and some days im just too tired and beaten down to find anything positive. But im to a point now where the days i lose are outweighed by the days I win. It takes time and tenacity. It takes forgiveness for yourself when you cant win. It takes rest (even if you must force yourself to relax). Im rooting for you 🫂

I know you know 'the word' as in the good news. I've been 'in love' it is OVERRATED. (I joke, I empathize with you, but better to come into your wholeness first so that you are not prey to any more abuse). I have been following you a while, I just saw an interview you gave a few months back. I commend your courage. Focus on love based on the word. You don't need a 'relationship' to feel love. In the interview I saw, you said you felt bad for hurting your friend. I understood what you were saying, I have always questioned your ASPD diagnosis because someone on that spectrum would not feel bad for hurting someone. THAT IS a form of love. You are beautiful, you are articulate, you are VULNERABLE do you know how hard it is for people to share vulnerability? I'm allegedly NT and II have a rough time. You were created with purpose. 1 in 33 are on the spectrum today, it was about 1 in 148 around the time you were born. It's on the CUSP of being normal, it's just a matter of waiting for all the 'average' folk to 'get it' UNTIL then, please continue to do what you're doing because AWARENESS is needed and I thank you so much for the work you do. Someone I love very dearly is on the spectrum and you ARE doing 'God's' work because there are a lot of people hurting and lost and your sharing VALIDATES so powerfully. You will get there...there is a shoe for every foot. You are in my prayers...patience is hard, but it's a virtue. God bless you sweet soul.

Greeting from Philly, I'd like to thank you for having the courage to share your story with the online universe. You have opened me to a reality that I did not know existed and for that I express gratitude. Out of concern for your safety and well-being I would caution you with your open invitation. I do not think it is wise to attempt to create relationships with people if you are in a state of desperation. It typically does not attract compatible mates, but rather predatory individuals. Also it could have a counterproductive effect with potential compatible individuals for they will feel like you are a charity case. From my experience good healthy relationships happen organically. Sometimes our biological urges want us to do things that our brains are not prepared for and vice versa. Regardless of whether or not you attract a spouse, you have a special purpose to speak for those who don't have a voice.

You'r not around enough autistic people. The vast majority of so-called highfunctional autistics wouldn't want to have "husband/wife and kids". You just want that because you don't have that (compared to people surrounding you or/and people of who you know about), you don't want that because you know it feels nice and good (and not just temporarily, but also in the long-rum).

We are all are alone…it’s an epidemic… love is online! Dating apps are getting more popular! It’s helped me tremendously with the experiences you’re describing! You can find platonic relationships on there too! I hate seeing you cry. Seems like you need someone real to talk too someone who’s also a black neurodivergent woman like myself I wish I could get your ears for a minute bro! Most people give shitty advice that has nothing to do with how reality & psychology ACTUALLY work for certain folks! When people have avoidant or old out of touch parents it fucks them up but the reality is you’re in control! My advice?? You should try something new and out of your comfort zones cause doin the same tactics and expecting different results won’t get you your wishes❤️

Idk what you’ve tried you seem extremely intelligent. My suggestion (and I’m no dr, just a single 36yo women with adhd autism cptsd depression obsessed with psychology and the brain 😂) but I would suggest taking some time and really dig deep with the right professional into your sa abuse. It could be the reason you have suppressed all positive emotions? May be worth a try if u haven’t? & I think you are stunning NOT average! I would marry you if you were into women and I already have 3 kids lol;)

As a young woman who has just been diagnosed with ADHD, I also similarly mask my emotions a lot. I recently saw you on Soft white underbelly and seeing how you call yourself “below average” immediately reminded me of my own mentality when it comes to looks. You are very intelligent and also attractive. Being able to be transparent and clearly articulate what you want is also a major plus. I know you will find the right person (hopefully I do as well lol)! Thank you for bringing awareness to emotional deficiencies! I feel like it is a topic not often spoken about that more people face than we acknowledge.

Have you tried snris? Ssris aren't that great for more severe conditions imo. Also, I totally understand you might enjoy having people around you that motivate you, it's like body doubling, but it's okay not to be in a relationship. In fact, there's a million people who would be safer if they weren't in one, and neurodivergents are more vulnerable, even within neurodivergent paired relationships. The craving to constantly have someone around even if they're not actually what you need is very understandable but figuring out what's causing that will bring you the actual peace you're seeking. Also compulsory heterosexuality and historical societal expectations adds confusion to these experiences. I understand a lot of what you're going through, and shouldn't suppress your experiences or feelings to make everyone else comfortable. I've been through SA and indoctrination by toxic masculinity as we all have, and realised a lot of that affected my sexuality and understanding of how I navigate interpersonal relationships. Your words sound so much like mine in the past and I've finally been getting more support and advocating for myself and people like us, so I hope you feel seen and know that you can make life what YOU want. I too hit a point where I said I wasn't going to continue living the way I was because I wasn't, I'd been surviving for 20 years. I clawed through because I figured well I'm still here despite that shit, and if I can try some meds why not. Instead of thinking it will never get better, what if it all works out? All good things must come to an end, so all bad things have to as well. I'm glad I stuck around, because now I live for me. No, the voices and pain doesn't dissappear magically, but I can regulate FOR ME. I don't know a life outside of the constant pain, but I won't blame myself for anyone else's behaviour towards me. I will live in spite of them. I hope this doesn't come off like projecting and rambling, I genuinely wish you well. You deserve it.

But back to the points you touched on.... I think it would be a good experience/experiment to do a double date with your associates. Also, libraries, Comic-Con type events, tech conferences, maybe online ads might be areas where you'd have the best luck finding the types of men you described.

I feel like a fraud everytime i interact with others, i feel like a fraud in my own real thoughts. Trying to date people who do not have these same experiences is hard, trying to date in general is hard because everyone is so shallow and stupid. Anyway, I really hope one day we can find others in real life who have these experiences. But its hard since yk, we mask all the time to the point that we dont even know who we truly are.
