We had gotten on him in water before but never on dry land. If you want to see us getting on him in the water make sure to go check those videos out!

In this episode of Ranching With Rebekah, I travel to a friend’s equine rescue to help with one of their troubled horses named Chance! During this lesson we knew nothing of Chances past, all we knew is he was very frighted and didn’t trust people. I worked with him to gain his trust and get him haltered. He was a joy to work with and did an amazing job throughout the lesson!
Welcome to RANCHING WITH REBEKAH - Introducing Me and My Horses
มุมมอง 15K2 หลายเดือนก่อน
Welcome to Ranching With Rebekah! This is an introduction video to my channel, introducing me and my beautiful horses I own and/or will be training. Ozark, Poncho, Lady, Ozark and Happy! I hope you enjoy my channel! If you do please make sure to subscribe!
To see the two of you working together is a joy. You both are a confidence that comes through and even though you had so much great information that you spoke about I found myself rewinding the video to watch the body language. Honestly you present yourself so well thank you.
Glad that you both are OK.
👍🏼👩🏻💪🏼
Great job Becca
Good job! Starting nice n slow is great training ❤❤❤
🥰❤️🤠😘
Mais pourquoi filmez-vous à contrejour ? Nous voyons des silhouettas sans plus, il nous serait agréable de voir les physionomies, sur tout celle du cheval. Merci d+y prêter attention.
You have experienced the best apprenticeship from your dad and family. May God bless you and guide you.
Oh! Well, there you go! You turned the camera around. Hee hee.
Hi, Becca. Would it be possible to set your tripod and camera up at the barn door so that you use the natural sunlight as your light? With the light behind you, we see mostly silhouette. Great lesson.
Hi from Quebec. Rebeca, try to lose the ‘’HUM’’ in your speech.
Of course he “did much better”; that’s because you were using a whip this time.
Thank you for the clear description of what and why you are doing each thing. May want to correct the title for spelling and grammar: ornery, gelding’s.
Great video , such time an patience ,,,thank you
Excellent! Very informative!
Rebekah, you are a smart and patient trainer. Here's wishing you continued success in your activities.
I hate bits. Riding bitless is so much easier on horses I think. But yall are the professionals.
Most of the trainets I've seen using bitless bridles have used them only on well TRAINED horses. And not on those horses prone to pulling.
Becca, I suggest you set up the camera by the barn door facing in so that you have better lighting. It is hard to see you and the horse with the light behind you.
Man he’s a pretty horse
I thought so too. It is sort of a shame he is gelded, but I know it makes many horses easier to manage.
You are dong great, Bekah. Huckleberry is learning and improving with each session.
Great Training Lesson.. Huckleberry is getting better manners wise...
Nice work. Bekka. I was wondering if you would ever remove the reins from the bridle while letting him stew
You and rest of family PUSH HORSES TOO FAR WHEN THEYRE TOO YOUNG! Unsubscribed!
They always do. And they're breeding very irresponsibly as well. I could go on and on about all the bullshit they've pulled and the horses lives they've put in danger (or even killed), but it's not Bekkas fault so let's just leave her out of this. I unsubscribed a long time ago from their main channel, around the time they killed that pony by giving him way too much liquid for his size via oil tubing and giving intravenous injection without _any_ education on the matter or even a vets opinion. Point is. Don't blame Bekka for not knowing any better. This is probably the only way of handling horses she knows. And to any other people reading this comment - Please unsubscribe from all their social medias. This channel is problematic as hell and are _not_ promoting a healthy horsemanship or responsibility when it comes to animals.
Although I obviously would disagree all opinions are welcome on this channel. Just a reminder no one truly knows someone by watching a video on your electronic device so always keep that in mind when leaving comment. Although I find it extremely hurtful and you don’t know the pain my family has endured this year, I still respect your opinion. The only thing I would like to ask is to please refrain from using foul language such as cussing in the comments as there are also many young children who read comments and watch these videos. I know you may not respect me or my request but I would like to keep this platform as positive as possible even if you are leaving comments such as this. There is enough hate in this world. Anyways, I’m sorry to have affected you so deeply.
@@RanchingWithRebekah I'm sorry you have to deal with these negative comments. Don't let these negative people stop you from doing what you are doing. I lived with horses on a professional horse farm and I know you and your family are responsible and knowledgeable about taking care of your horses and training them. You have done nothing wrong. You train and teach with positive reinforcement. You have learned well from your dad. I applaud you for taking on doing these educational videos on training horses. ❤🐎❤

A very respectful reply, my dear. ❤
Nice work Bekah
Awesome job again Bekka. I can see quite a difference in Huckleberry already, since you started training him. It’s so lovely to see and I’m sure his owners will be beside themselves with happiness and gratitude. When he had his little mishap, or trip, if I had been riding him I would 100% ended up going over his head and landing either on my head, or bottom.🤣🤷🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️ I realise that you’re breaking him in, obviously, but what do you personally think about bitless bridles? Sorry just thought I’d ask. He’s a beautiful boy. Sending love and blessings♥️🥰🇦🇺👏🏻
Bitless bridles can be an amazing tool for certain horses. In my opinion they would never work for a show horse of the Missouri Foxtrotters breed due to the intensity of the show. They would be pulling so hard you wouldn’t be able to keep ahold of them. For a pleasure horse or horses used for trails it may work very well, just depends on the horse at that point.
@@RanchingWithRebekah thank you so much for replying. Really appreciate that. Definitely makes sense what you’re saying. Much love and blessings♥️🇦🇺
❤❤Nice to see you Becca. Your doing a great job with Huckleberry😊. I wish you all the best.
Excellent job!! I love watching your family train your horses!!❤❤
do you have any different bits you can try until you find one thats comfortable in his mouth?
Ive asked this before but are the floors concrete like the rest of the building floor looks to be?
No, they are dirt.
Just dirt
The building just echos and with the cameras it comes off as very hard.
Oh good...
I am waiting for Huckleberry to grab the saddle pad and take it off his back. Have to be on your toes with him being so curious. Makes me laugh.
Great job, girl!! I love you and JR praying over the horses before you ride.
I just love the videos. A prayer before riding Huckleberry touched my heart. You are amazing ❤
I think Huckleberry is doing great in he's training im glad that you get to train him he's going to make a good horse for who ever gets him good job Rebecca ❤❤❤ keep up the good work with these beautiful souls 💕
He is a sweet boy albeit spoiled but learning thanks to you, Becca! Enjoyed the video and the Faith in God The Creator and Sustainer of All🙏. Looking forward to the continuing education of Huckleberry. P.S. love his name❤️
Huckleberry Jones first ride, Excellent prep work, Bekah! He might like bitless bridel in the future after he's well trained on using the bit. 😊
❤❤❤🐴🐴🐴😍😍😍🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
The acoustics in the barn make the audio difficult to hear. If you could use a microphone and speak a little slower, it would be easier to follow your excellent video. Thanks!
Also put the camera on the door side. Light coming in just silhouettes you both. Interesting videos. Love the 'new' horse training - not easy... good work.
Yourcontent is excellent! Videos would be easier to watch if the camera was set up at the door and facing into the barn - the way it is set up now, the light from the door makes it really hard to see you.
Great job,Becca!❤🙏
thank you so much for sharing!
I enjoy watching your horse training videos. I'm so glad you put on a helmet for writing a young/new horse.
Nice to see you again
horses can be ornery just like 2-year-old children are ornery I should know I was very honorary child growing up
I always enjoy watching your training videos. Huckleberry looks like he is making progress 👏👏 ! GOD ✝️ bless 🙏 you and Huckleberry working together. 💖

Great Job 👍 👌 👍 👌 👍 ❤❤❤❤❤
You're welcome 😊 🙏 🤗
Beautiful Horse 🐎 ❤️ 👌 😍 ♥️ 💖 ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Nice first ride.
You need to get closer to the 📷
I was wondering when we were going to see another video from you. You are making good progress with the stubborn strong willed spoiled young boy. Huckleberry was used to doing as he pleased for his early years. He's not happy about surrendering his will, but you firmly, gently retained the alpha position. Excellent training session Rebekah! Talented young trainer! Love, love, love ❤ that you and your Dad pray over the horses! To God belongs the Glory, yesterday, today, and tomorrow! Thank you for the video. God Bless. - ACD
As always you are doing gr8!!! Love to see you and Huckleberry work together.😊
Nice job! Thanks for sharing
