The only thing I dislike about food banks is the food is expired or close to expired so you have to cook it or freeze it or do something to it so you don’t waste it and Im disabled so all this work is hard to do.

Oh my goodness, I love you and your channel. I laugh every time I watch your videos, you have such a great sense of humor. I feel the exact same as you do. People are sometimes extremely rude, but should keep their opinions to themselves!! Oh and by the way the fudge looks delicious.

I don’t understand how you can get so much. My husband is 81 and I am 74 and we are by no means wealthy. We don’t qualify for our local government subsidized food bank program in our state because it is income based. They are stick to the guidelines. However those already getting government assistance are eligible.

It’s my first time doing the top 5 in my head as I listen along and I was surprised they were the exact same. I didn’t do them in a rank but definitely thought those 5 were the best. Strawberry pie filling!!!

I used my strawberries to make pie filling, like the raspberry and peach. It's great on a cheesecake or poundcake.

Hello beautiful, my top 5 would be the smoked turkey, dry milk, half and half, the beef and sliced cheese. Yesterday I too had fruit taking up way too much room in my freezer lol. A whole walmart bag full of ziploc freezer bags full of sliced apples. So Yesterday my daughter, aide and me made 3 apple pies, apple crisp and stewed apples for oatmeal. I also made a potato soup because I had a few potatoes past their prime. Can't wait too see how you use your smoked turkey.. looking forward too the recipes.
