Have one of these scopes on order. Put a Burris 2X20 on a CVA 300 blackout single shot pistol I picked up. Used it last year and got a young buck at 115 yards with it off a bog tripod. The small scope is clear and accurate but decided to upgrade to hopefully get a little more light gathering at dawn and dusk. Enjoyed your video

Will that fit over heavy clothing when hunting in 20 degree and colder weather?

If you don’t mind I’d like your $.02. Just purchased the same rifle, just for something fun and cheap to shoot, as well as 2 scopes. 1st is a Leupold vx3hd 3.5-10x50 and Vortex Diamondback 6-24x50. Which one would you recommend I install on this Ruger? Realize the Vortex is stronger than this gun will reach but got a great deal on both and the other one will replace the Bushnell on a Rem 700 .270. Appreciate your taking the time to entertain us at 300 yards 😃

If you don’t change the trolling motor , make sure you keep prop out , if comes up prop in you’ll nick your bow pretty good . I have a one recently purchased

I have the burris 3-12 x30 scope on my raging hunter 460 s&w mag. I love the gun but not so much the scope. Even at the lowest magnification, I have a hard time finding the right focal length to get a good eye picture and it's hard to keep. I've about decided to buy a green dot for it. I have a holosun green dot on my raging hunter 44 mag and love it.

Good video, Im thinking about getting this scope for my s&w 460, hows the eye box/ eye relief? How difficult is it to shoot with?
@@mikemccraw411 Thanks for watching and commenting. At lower power it’s really good, at the max I have to bring it closer to me. I shoot mine on about half power and down. On the higher power it does show all your movement. All and all it’s a good scope for the money. Thanks again for watching. Kenny@ASO

What are your thoughts of mounting a red dot with a magnifier or would that be redundant?
@@mathiask7959 thanks for watching and commenting. I liked having a red dot it this gun but I also limited my self to about 50yrds. I personally never like a magnifier. Outstanding video! My favorite cartridge is .22 WMR because as your video demonstrates, the cartridge has minimal recoil but you still feel like you're shooting a rifle.

Thanks for the video! I use to hunt public land in Indiana as well. I used my S&W 629. I have private land to hunt now, but I'm really liking 350 Legend and have heard a lot of good things about Sanders's stuff.

An excellent revolver, I'm glad I have it, but I consider it a backup weapon and a control shot weapon on dangerous hunts. For the main weapon, I think there is a rifle - another effective range and accuracy.
