I think due to the amount of nutrients moringa has, it will be fine... Even though yes there are some that get wasted... Thanks for bringing that up will add it when the fire is turned off next time...

@@LaMesNaturalFarm Basically it is North Atlantic Cod that has been died and salted. It then gets rehydrated for several days prior to being boiled. It takes on a gelatinous texture then. Serve with lots and lots of melted butter!!

Mababaroan mo man ha baho di ba. Medyo mixed it results ha fermented feed studies na nakita ko. Anecdotal damo nasiring maupay but kung ha study, mixed and needs more study. @ Thanks for your response, I might need more ideas from you about farming especially organic farming in Leyte. A lot of farmers are recklessly using pesticides, anti biotech to our poultry & other livestock not considering the danger ⚠️ & side effects of using them?

@@LaMesNaturalFarm Never have had rice with corned beef before, or even for breakfast, but will try just about anything. I love a Reuben sandwich (corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese). Sticky rice is a favorite too, but only had it once thanks to a Cebu friend.
