R.I.P. to the great Anthony Bourdain... A lot of people either may hate or love that guy; I respect the guy, like Andrew Zimmern (Bizarre Foods; Delicious Destinations; he hated Spam), Todd Carmichael (Dangerous Grounds; Uncommon Grounds), Guy Fieri (Dine In's, Diners and Dives) and Adam Richman (Man vs. Food). Pipikaula = it reminds me of (Pemmican) beef jerky. Did Lanai meant Ming Tsai (the chef)..
