I totally agree!!! I just put it on my 21 powerstroke (completely stock) and it's just like putting a 1/2 throttle kit on a dirtbike. The 1st 1/2 of the pedal is everything and the last 1/2 makes hardly any difference at all. I'm thinking about returning it if I can.....

The reason it doesn't work is because the memory of the foot know how fast your body wants to go if you push it this far it's counteracting the built in memory of the tendons natural reactive memory and the speed you want to go is dragged down by the increase of the response. I see!

I love mine in my 08 forerunner V8 I would never get rid of it. Changed the way the vehicle drives 1000% percent.

So what did you end up doing to take care of the throttle lag? Did you go with something else?

What I fail to understand is that even in his rant about how the system works, he actually is selling the system. At the point of looking at parts of his video (I couldn't stomach the BS beginning to end), one could tell that this is a clueless mouth-breather . . . very neck down individual. If only he had actually learned how to use it would he had answered his own questions and quelled any issue he had with it. I have a pedal monster on my 2020 3/4-ton Limited Ram. All I can say is BAD-ASS . . . period. A lot of my friends think I have deleted and tuned my truck. Everything that is Banks on my truck has made it smooth from the boost tubes, cold air, monster ram, and exhaust the engineering and finish is top notch. To have someone attempt to bash this system is an injustice. The hundreds of comments below are a testament that this person really needs to sell his truck and take the bus.

The pedal monster for me was barley set to over city +2, and the wet on ramps and exit ramps i almost spun out multiple times, super dangerous, pedal is dangerous

Dodge transmission is the issue for rams. 2 different types and it gets c9nfused.

Had mine for few months absolutely love it. Without it its dead feel , night & day. Just needs tweaking but my F150 is happy! Will buy every single thing Banks makes.

My 2010 Challenger did it and the fuel pumps were changed. 1400$ then it stranded me and mom. It cooled down wouldn't start. Towed back to shop. He found it. Ordered a kit. And hopefully I can trust my car again. It's been over 10 years so dodge won't pay for it. Crazy

This seems like User Interface Error, especially given all the responses on how to fix these issues. Just installed one on my '18 F150 5.0 Coyote and it's awesome. And go buy the POS Pedal Commander, then come back and do an UNbiased review comparing it to the Banks. The PComm'r is far inferior for so many reasons.

Banks is the only one that have safety’s built in.. period!!!! Adjustable settings, safe operation. What did you think it was gonna do? It’s not a tuner or ecm program rewrite.

I had a Ram 3500 with a Pedal Monster and it made the truck drive great. I traded it for a 2023 Ford F450. The engine felt dead to me, especially for all the rated torque. Installing a Pedal Monster turned it into a beast. It is so much fun to drive now. I have a Jeep 392 that I am going to now get a Pdeal Monster for.
