After you finished reading. First thouht- Great idea but achievable in far less words. Dragged out for almost the whole chapter was too much. The hill joke only slightly smaller but say it was ordered he do it- i did catch the inconguity too, I figured he was showing off to stall but it went on for so long and with such effort that i think that theory is wrong. maybe add that someone sketches him for posterity and there's a bard- heck a whole entourage who escort him to the cave where it revealed most if not all "have long sharp daggers and know of all the gaps in his armour, should he try to run". then shortcut through villages, max a paragraph or two. Throw in some internal dialogue and hey presto- reaches the cave. oops left your vid running... totally agree it needs more character- maybe not the knight. espeicially as it seems this knight chracter is something of a prologue character that i think will die. so all that character should be delivered faster so it hits harder when he's offed. then main character starts getting built. Yep you said it- prologue! couple pages max!

How has this no comments? I have to say it's one of the few fantasy storys in the last years that hadn't had me run away screaming. I used to love fantasy. It's a bit till he arrives at the lady of the cave but I'm able to forgive that because of the humor and the autors way with words. If it's published by now let me know the title please. I'll buy it.

I'd like to say I personally don't have a problem with people 18+ discussing sexuality in college, but there's a specific group that wants to teach SEXuality to kids as young as preschool. The sad part is this group of what many reference as Groomers (includes Map) are trying to latch onto the LGB+ community. I'm sure you stand with your fellow countrymen to help secure the the safety & innocence of children, and to stand up for the LGB+ community in the face of such abhorrent behavior that makes an innocent community look bad. Plot for 3 months?!?!?! I'd die from having to make decisions about what to do with my characters! LOL! I really like the romantic idea of being a discovery writer but I've discovered that I'm in between pantsing and plotting.
