It is so cold today!

I saw it in the theather and loved it. People cried about the animation style and the fact that it is even animated at all.

I like books that are realistic in how they portray life with God. I have found some good ones, but it is more common to find Christian fiction that's too perfect. But I also think the romance genre in general is too perfect.

I hasn't read that one yet. I have been hesitant because of the vampires. Sounds good though.

I don't think you should get down on your self at ALL for not making those goals you set your self. You have done an amazing amount of work and I think the goals you had where a bit unrealistic. GO YOU! My Goals: I read 115 books and exceeded my goal of 100. (almost half of this is poetry collections so they are much shorter) Publishing Goals: I published my first Contemporary Christian Fiction title and my fourth poetry collection. So 2 books and that met my goal for the year. Writing: I drafted my first dark fantasy book and have made it to 32,000 words in book two. The goal was to try to get both books drafted this year but I am still happy with my over 132,000 words drafted between both books. Editing: This one was a fail. I wanted to have the editing for my second Contemporary Christian Fiction book done and ready to publish in early 2025 but I only got about halfway done. (3 rounds of self-edits) Thanks for asking Joanna and I hope you continue with your great positive attitude coming in to 2025 and are able to reach the new plans God has for you!

I do like the captions, but I don't think they are necessary for every video if they are that much work.

Of the episodes that are out so far, I thought the first one was the weakest because it was a bit slow setting things up and trying to hit on the 80's nostalgia factor (but in space) a little too hard. But the episodes since then have gotten progressively better, IMO. (Compared to the Acolyte which got progressively worse!) I especially liked the most recent episode where (no spoilers) one of the characters that I thought was the weakest characterization-wise got more depth. I hope they keep doing that with all the characters as the series goes on. So far, I'm enjoying the mystery aspect as well. It gives me some Treasure Planet vibes sometimes, but with its own unique twists (really quite clever ones, IMO) so I don't know exactly what will happen by the end. Fingers crossed the story keeps up this upward trajectory in quality.

I actually like books less when they fit in a box. I love reading unique books.

As far as I'm concerned the mystery actually pretty cool. It's like.. (spoilers) ... ... being on a Treasure Island adventure but discovering your own boring mundane suburban home is everyone else's sought after treasure island. Like you've been living, working, going to school on the lost continent of Atlantis all your life and didn't even know.

Have you watched the show yet? Do you still feel about it the way you did about the trailer? There are four episodes out by now.
