That’s very specific 😆 no I haven’t done memorial shirts but if you’re wondering if they will handle graphics. Yes I have done that. As long as your image is high quality, it will come out the same.

The price will definitely depend... The brand you go with, the type of transfer you get (by size vs. by gang sheet). I recommend coming up with 3-5 designs, get those printed on a gang sheet, and start there. The beauty of gang sheets is whatever fits on the size sheet you choose gets printed. So you can experiment with different designs, colors, sizes etc. without being limited to the by size print option; which usually comes with minimum quantities. I've been able to experiment more going the gang sheet route. I'll see some designs in person and want to adjust the size or colors, but at least this way I wasn't stuck with 9 other transfers (usually the minimum you have to order when you print transfers by size is 10) that I didn't want to use. For left chest though I do try not to exceed 5 inches wide. Center chest up to 12 inches wide. Back up to 13 wide. But again…really depends on my vibe & the design! And your customer. Streetwear designs all tend to be oversized. Text designs range from minimal to larger & bold…keep all that in mind.

My final neck label print is around 2.5 x 1 inches. The shirt design sizes vary. I don’t have a hard & fast template or set of measurements because I “vibe design” 😂 so depends on my mood TBH. But I do NOT adjust the size of my transfers for different sizes of shirts. It’s totally unnecessary to do that within the same size run (ie. Adult sizes.). Of course if I made youth clothing or kids it would vary. Best rule of thumb is to know the chest/ back width of the shirts you generally print on. So Gilden, Bella Canvas, whatever brand. (They’re all pretty universal). Then create your design to look good on a Small & the measurements will be fine on all sizes from there. Even an extra small should accommodate a design spec’d for a small properly. Hope that helps!

You have n extension essentially on Etsy’s domain. So Etsy dot com/yourstore. Your own domain would be your own www.shopname.store or www.shopname.com Completely separate from Etsy as you would be building out your own ecommerce platform. But great thing is you control it all. Much less fees and you can collect emails/customer info for future marketing directly! It’s a bit of work but well worth it if you are in it for the long haul! I’ve had stores deactivated by Etsy in the past thru no fault of my own.

Most of the more widely known companies offer samples. Some are completely free. Some may be a couple of dollars to cover shipping. But Ninja Transfers, Stahls / Transfer express & SupaColor are a few I feature in this video. You can order directly on their websites!

Hi 👋🏾 They are dtf transfers. I designed them myself in Canva. Started with a 3x2” template. The final design ends up around 2.5x1.5”. Then whenever I order a gang sheet for my large transfers I add some of the neck tag designs to that same sheet. That way I never run out! My tags have evolved from full sizing detail to just the company name & website. Now I attach hang tags with all the sizing and garment care instructions as I’m expanding my size range & the blanks I work with.

Hi! My local DTF transfer printer…I designed them myself in Canva though; I used a 3”x2” canvas and the print itself ends up being about 2.75x 1.75 when it’s applied. Whenever I order a gang sheet I just add the tag design along with the other larger transfer designs so I never run out!

I use a local printer for my transfers. You can research “DTF transfers” to try and find one locally or one of the larger companies and you can order samples!

I’d suggest going to Amazon in your country if you have access. The last half of the video you can go through the products and see what’s available there!

I’ve been sourcing my DTF gang sheets from a local print shop. Same day turnaround & pickup. I have however used both SupaColor & Ninja transfers gang sheets and their quality is very good. Main difference is hot peel vs. cold peel. Transfer express and 613 originals are also good. Not sure if 613 does gang sheets though, but I did order a sample pack and their DTF transfers were great as well. You can get sample packs from all of those brands and press them to see what you prefer (I always recommend doing that anyway because our equipment, blanks, & design needs all differ so it’s tough to recommend an all in one solution when I don’t know those details.) My local printer is working great for me at the moment though until I can invest in my own dtf printer.
