Could you have the second video with the result? so excited to know more about this viral hydrogen water bottle :)
You've got to lose fat out of your liver before you see any changes on your body.
Thanks for the info. Having mine next month and not looking forward to it. I’m active like you so hope that makes a difference.
You are welcome. Be patient. Follow the recovery protocol. I am Low last 6 month post op time and have zero pain. I feel like a new man! Best of luck!
did you have to take blood thinner? I am asking this because K3 is supposedly reacted with the blood thinner
lol bro linking my wife… the 99 deg Dyson dry baths… CONTINUE!!
Nah the harsh winter air is cold enough for me
Finally someone that is more realistic and normal in comparison to where I am now at 7 week post op. Thank you.
Glad this resonated with you!
can you have vegetables in the carnivore diet?
Stackd. Online. They are awesome
Where them pancakes from
Love the recommendation and your energy ❤ Defo on the next shopping list
I’m so glad to hear that. Appreciate the comment!
Thanks
My pleasure. Thanks for watching! 👊💪
Ok
I coach baseball. Stop thinking of yourself and don’t make your kid look all over the place for you if he’s up to bat or makes a good play. Sit there watch your kid support him and show him he’s more important than “steps”
GOODIE GOODIE
Great info man. Thank you.
You are welcome! Glad it was helpful!
Great video - I’m 9 days post anterior hip and have a similar experience so far. There are days where I feel pretty good, less pain and get excited thinking I’m close to recovery, only to have a rough night and following day that feels like a big setback. One thing I’m learning is to slow down… take it a little easier and not overdo it on the good days. Everyone heals differently and the best course for me has been to treat each day as a success with gradual progress instead of competing with my body to try and speed up the recovery
Thanks for taking the time to comment. I’m glad you like the video. Yes, it is process Be patient and your continue to get better 👊
Man discovered running errands

Yo brah, what happend to ur head in the middle of the vid😭💀 Solid opinion though (mb, dont know how to spell it)
what happened in the video😭 but i think machines are better for some muscles like some leg exersices
Oh wow. That’s nuts! 😮
Skipped legday obiously to often 😂
Tommorow will be one week out from total anterior hip replacement. It’s been a tuff week for me. I will say I am a 62 year old retired police officer a very active healthy 9 handicap golfer and play 4 to 5 times a week including over seas. Never had a clue about THR until this past Feb I crossed my right leg to do lower back stretches and felt like my groin tendon exploded. It’s been hell putting a sock on for 6 months and my quality of life has deteriorated significantly overnight with constant groin pain. Was diagnosed by an orthopedic doc and was told I needed the surgery. Was also told it would immediately feel better and I would be ecstatically pleased almost immediately. My ass! This has been a brutal week, and I’m a determined hard charging man who has done everything by the book post surgery. I’ve been running fever, had severe pain, 6 nights of hell sleeping and excruciating pain. My doctor can’t figure out the fever and my post surgical ex rays all look great. I think this THR community is one of hit or miss with how things go? I guess my worry is how much positive press you get about this surgery and now I’m afraid I may never feel the same. Just have to keep pressing forward. This definitely IMO falls under this surgery affects people differently. My surgeon is a phenomenal highly educated sports physician and is one of the top rated in my area. I did my research, it’s just been a tuff go so far. PS. Russ it would have been a little more informative if you would have described your pain day to day a little more in-depth? Great video though, hope your doing better🙏
@@YayaGolf777 you are one week out buddy. The first week is supposed to be hard and painful. It’s a major surgery that takes up to a year hurt full recovery so be patient. I think some surgeons overpromise how fast the recovery is. It takes time
Hey Russ thx for the response. I’m now on day 9 post op and things have gotten a lot better. I had to go back to the hospital due to the fever and there is some internal infection they can’t pin point. Your right the first week was very hard and was ordered to shut the post op recovery process down and to give it three days of bed rest only. And it seemed to be the ticket. I’m still dealing with a touch of fever here and there, but I’m walking now with no walker, crutches etc and life is getting better. I think folks should know there is a minimum bit of hype that this is an easy process. But your right it is a major surgery, expect not the worst, but be prepared for a tuff process. Good video bro, it was honestly the best post I found on TH-cam. Hope you’re doing well🙏.
@@YayaGolf777 glad you are feeling better and that my post helped you. It will be a process but you should feel better every week. But don’t feel surprised if it seems like 2 steps forward, one back sometimes
You too bro! 💪💪
Thank you!
I am 8 weeks. Walking but not s-o balnced or Straits
State, of course, my friend it will get better and better
Another 2 weeks you'll be walking without a cane, at 3 months you'll be getting around a lot better. Keep doing your exercises every other day if you don't, by 7 months you'll be right back at 3 weeks after surgery feeling that pain all over again.
16 days out from full posterior hip replacement. Started PT day three. Ditched walker day five. Started driving day seven. Stopped using cane in the house day eight (still take it with me in public so people give me wide berth). Surgery center gave me one dose of Tramadol, but only took Tylenol and Aleve (plus aspirin for blood thinning and an antibiotic for a week) at home. Went back to work yesterday part-time. Agree that it’s not a cakewalk, and recovery is not linear - feeling, better, making progress … then feel achy and swollen and crappy. But then gets better again. The surgeon was a godsend and the surgery was a miracle.
Thanks for you video. 13 days out and on a cane now. Frustrating at times when I see YT vids with people "up and walking" w/o assistance at day 3. Really?? Your video is more in line with my experience. The process is longer than expected with ups, downs and frustrations on the way. My doc (in central NH) advised to "play long ball". There are days I'm very aggravated with pain, etc. Other days I feel good and like I've made progress. Still sleeping on my recliner (the one I thought was comfortable until I slept on it for 2 weeks) and looking forward to that first, comfortable night in my own bed. Anyway, good luck to all.
Thanks for sharing. Yes, I understand. I agree with the doctor. Run your race and play for the long game 👊
Russ Yeager, thanks for your report. Who is your surgeon?
You are welcome. Dr Thomas Gross in Greenville SC
yup
Dr. Kevin Wang
Anterior full hip replacement.
7 days post anterior hip surgery..no assisted walking, 3 days of PT, only minor pain in quad muscle. Surgeon is a god.
Wow. That’s fast! Who is your surgeon?
What type of surgery did you have?
The not working out is hard! I am one week after total hip replacement and starting to miss it but aiming to build up the walking gradually and do my toning physio exercises and will hopefully be doing upper body stretches soon as miss that too!
Yep. Hang in there and enjoy the downtime I am 13 weeks out now and feeling great and crushing workouts!
So no mention of what you actually eat then. A complete waste of time video. And you think we need you to tell us that fruit is carbs? 99% of us already know that. Your video actually had no useful information in it. Other than when you're on holiday you some times eat crap food. What was your actual point supposed to be??
Eyy glad to hear that man! Nothing feels as good as living a life pain free 🥳❤
He said that because you're gorgeous. He's DTF
Oh believe me. I get my protein. Wanna give me yours?
I can’t stop not eating tho
No gym day pass is worth more than five dollars
Had my THR on 6 /3/24 and that's my biggest thing trying to be patient. Good luck to everyone that's been through it or about to go through it.
posterior or anterior dude?
Posterior
Haha yeah 100% Russ, some real patriots to carnivore out there! I did it for 6 months & the 3 things I noticed was my GORD disappeared which was awesome, I just didn't recover from voluminous hard training and at 6 months I was sick to death of meat!!
