Bottom mount fridge of whirlpool is useless. It cools only lower portion and no cooling in the main fridge. Pl don't purchase it, it is absolutely useless.

The on ground support techs are pathetic and the company's response is idiotic. Inka area manager bhi aaya tha 2 months Tak bakchodi karte karte...bhadwe h saale ye..never buying whirlpool products ever

Company me phone Kiya, bole warranty apke 2 din pehle gai, mother board problem hai, lekin mother board apko market me nahi milega na rapsir hoga, garmi thee, majboti me Naya mother board Lena pada, ab 1 saal baad phir bahi problem de Raha hai, ye freeze bilkul na lena.

I had the issue with this last month. And got the pcb replaced after 1 month yesterday. Will sell it now can't afford to continue with this.

I have bought this BMR fridge in august 2020.. after 4-5 months , same problem as stated in the video.. fridge got replaced...now in April 2023 again same problem i have faced..no they have changed the pcb but since today morning again same problem i am facing after 4 daye of new pcb part...

Ye freeze bahut kharab hai itna paisa laga kr Koi kaam nhi aaya.uske baad mere chacha ko lena tha maine unko mana kiya Mt lo but unhone sumsung ka liya daam bhi Kam kaam bhi bahut acha krta h.

This model have lot of problems, i also replaced due to water leakage in freezer. When i get the new one, the top compartment of the refrigerator differs in temperature with lower compartments. Bad product.

Bahut ganda experience. Pehle hamare pas godrej tha. 30 saal se jyada kaam kiya. Ek baar bhi koi complaint nahi thi. Whirlpool intellisense pro liya kyunki bada fridge chahiye tha. Dedh saal baad hi kharab. Frost free freezer me frost jami rehti hai. Aur fridge toh kaam hi nahi karta. Aur complaint daale 4 din ho gye, koi response hi nahi. Hamare paise ped par ugte hain kya? Whirlpool company ne toh kma liye croro, kharab model bech bech ke . Ham jhakk maar rahe hai
