    All this is Scam by Govt . This is a Govt Tool to white-wash the Extreme Unemployment Problem by quoting that they have generated so much employment. I have applied many times , Paid many kind of fees whose total is more than 2000Rs still doesn't get any job . 👎👎👎

    Hi, my probation period was 15 days and i was told that i will be given pay for those days but i did not sign the contract and they again said i will receive pay for my 15 days but after one week. Now i have texted them for pay they said they wont pay me cuz i did not countiue with them

      Until and unless you don't have a backup option... don't leave just take money from that PIP period and try to accomplish it...if you cleared the PIP then be there earn and try to switch immediately and if not cleared then also good polish your skills and then in one or two month somewhere you will surely get a job

    This is really useful information, I have been in the industry for around a decade now and still more than 50% of employees have multiple UAN. People keep on discussing about Pf amount but are hardly able remove it.

    Nice idea/concept of jobsurance. PS:- I see the trend that while advertising these days companies normalise the destructive (to family system) and morally degrading dating/hookup culture and credit system of the West which goes against the age old 100% working systems in our rich Indian cultures, which emphasise purity before marriage for both men and women and discredit debt as being the biggest burden!
