What lies beyond the Darkness
WATCH ON THE BIG SCREEN
I have just gotten incredible access permission to an entire hillside that is loaded with mines and it's gonna take us quite a while to do it all but here is an introduction to what we are doing.
There are 2 things that I always say when it comes to this.I have no idea how deep these go nor do I know what is inside.I don't know what is around corners and I don't know how deep down they go. Each one is different from the next.It comes with its dangers and it also comes with its responsibility.
I have so many people that say they are saying they are watching what we are doing and enjoying the content so I extend my thankfulness and gratitude to you and for your support. It is claustrophobic, sometimes terrifying because of the small spaces.But we always say we're going to find something. We just don't know what it is. For the most part , we are just showing the public and community why this is called gold country and what the real heroes did over one 100 years ago.

2 Minutes. THE TIGHTEST CAVE IVE EVER SQUEEZED THROUGH. I have been asked a lot lately. What is it that we are seeing when we go into these abandoned mines or natural caves? I have always said since I started doing this. That nothing in a picture shows exactly what the real eye is seeing and sometimes a still photo doesn't do it justice. So I thought I would just do a 2 minute footage of what i...

    TOTALLY AWESOME. From the entrance, what's the aprox distance to the blue lawn chair? I assume the chair belongs to the land owner. At 22:31 min, is that PVC pipe on the ground? Appears you're not the first but on of the first. Love your adventures.

    • @downtoearthexploring589
      @downtoearthexploring589 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@aRetiredSoldier The lounge chair was probably only about 30 feet in.But as a really nice one and there were some pickaxe.Tools and cutting tools for branches nearby. This entire land area right here we were told is b.L.M , so somebody else's taking a stab at it. I'll have to take a look at that p v c pipe In the video, If you're talking about the lengthy pipe, most likely it was used for pumping oxygen in because there is only one vent shaft that we found where the air was blowing through like an air conditioner beyond that they air.Got super thin all the way down to the end.

    TRUE STORY...Back in the early 70's my family lived around Pine Grove Ca. My stepdad knew a guy who had an elevator in his shop ran by cables that went down 160ft to an under ground river. This property was a few miles North on the road leading out of Volcano Ca. On the way we stopped at what looked like an old abandoned commercial mining site. There was a big rocky hill with a big tunnel going all the way through it. We walked through the tunnel to the other side and on the way out I noticed light where I could climb up to the hilltop. I was making my way through the boulders when I felt something looking at me. I turned to my left and looked up to see a huge red eye with a black slit looking at me. from the eye I quickly processed the head and realized I was looking at a giant lizard. It's eye was 4in. or so in diameter and the head was bigger than a horses head. That's all I saw because I was dinner so I RAN screaming. I did a little research when I got older and read that in the 1850's South Sea Islanders were brought in to mine for gold in that area. They must have brought young Komodo dragons with them and they are still living in those old mines.

    Up top by the main portal, if you go to the right past that instead of the to left down the switchbacks to the river, there is a smaller hole on the side of the mountain to the right. It’s very hard to find because you have to crawl to into it at first. It then opens up to a 200 or so foot ladder that was the escape shaft. It goes down to the top level

      Where was dillan's bar because the sounds actually incredible. I would love to do that. If it is where legend's currently is I have been everywhere down in that basement even through the door that has the windows. And we haven't found anything like that. So I'm starting to think that it is somewhere behind the bookcases. Or if you remember where it is when you go down the stairs as I don't ever disclose locations to the public. I would keep a promise to the secrecy if I can ask you if you remember where those steel doors are.. I'm very tight and close with the current would be a really nice addition to my right up. Still with secrecy on the location. I am on facebook and always do Messages so if you could reply to me on messenger that would be awesome. Fb name is maxx wheeler
