Looks fantastic! I'll take two plates! lol
Thank you! Two plates coming right up! 🍽️😂
That looks so good, I appreciate you for posting these.
Thank you so much! I’m glad you enjoyed it.
For someone with only 159 subscribers this is actually pretty good content! If you wanted some pointers, I have some *opinions* I wouldn't mind sharing. Do with them as you please :) Food looked decent. Could look neater by laying straight equal lines of mayonaise and picking up the piece of avocado. An egg-slicer could help with slightly better looking egg too. Camera angle is okay. It feels like we are missing things in the bottom though, like rinsing the vegetables. But not everyomne likes that anyway, so that is up to your preference. Lighting is good. I honestly like the lighting. The only thing I would possibly change is move the seasonings. If you look at the video as a picture, they take the focus. Kind of like the eyes on a portrait. Your knife-skills could probably use some work. You don't look like you are a 100% comfortable with that knife. I feel like you only use the part of the knife nearest to the handle. Starting from about the middle and moving the knife forward as you cut could allow for smoother cuts, which would be less dangerous. All in all, I'd say this is a solid video, and I actually look forward to seeing more. I love watching Imamu Room, but it's refreshing to see something more simple (but no less tasty). And I'm happy to be your 160th subscriber :)
Thank you so much for your thoughtful advice and kind words! 😊 I really appreciate the detailed feedback-it’s incredibly helpful. I’ll make sure to keep your suggestions in mind, like the camera angles and knife skills, for my next video. 🔪📸 Thank you for being my 160th subscriber! 🎉 I’ll keep challenging myself to make content you’ll enjoy, so please stay tuned! ✨

The meal today looks fantastic. How did everything taste?
Thank you so much! I’m glad the presentation caught your eye😄 The flavors turned out really well, especially the way the pork matched perfectly with the sukiyaki-style sweet sauce!
@@japanese_food_channel_0 Very nice! Have you thought about possibly putting a bit in the description or comment regarding your thoughts about the meal, things you enjoyed or things you might try differently? I think that would be pretty neat.
Great video, and the meal looks delicious too! 素晴らしいビデオです。食事も美味しそうですね!
Thank you so much! I'm glad you enjoyed the video! The avocado and onion combination turned out to be even tastier than I expected-it was a pleasant surprise! 😄
Awesome that it turned out so good! If you ever try it again, try a little Yuzu or Lime in it with a little bit of spice.. it's fantastic.

Aren't you scared of the plastic bottles by the stove, melt with that hot pan
Thank you for pointing that out! You’re right, I need to be more careful. I’ll make sure to pay more attention to the placement of plastic bottles from now on😣
I‘ve never eaten beef tongue in my life. I’ll definitely try it when I travel to Japan. Beef tongue is one of the foods I really want to try in Japan! 😆
Definitely, you should try beef tongue when you visit Japan! It’s especially delicious at yakiniku restaurants or specialty beef tongue places 😊✨ I recommend trying the thick-cut version or the one with green onion and salt seasoning!"
@@japanese_food_channel_0 I really appreciate your recommendations! It's delicious just imagining it ☺️💭 I can't wait until the day I eat it!
I like to fry cabbage with oil because it’s sweeter than raw cabbage! Today’s food would be so delicious with rice 😋🍚
I totally agree! Cabbage fried in oil gets so much sweeter and tastes amazing! I actually had it with rice right after 😆🍚
คุณทำอาหารน่าอร่อยยจ้า
ขอบคุณสำหรับคอมเมนต์นะครับ! ดีใจที่ทำออกมาแล้วน่าอร่อย😊
The way you froze after you found 🐛!! If I was in the same situation, I would freeze too haha btw the knife will slip less when you cut on the inside of the bell pepper. I hope this way can help you, but you don't have to follow it. Choose the way you feel more comfortable 😌 I like your new video. This food looks so good!
Thank you for your comment! When I saw the 🐛, I completely froze, so I’m glad to hear I’m not the only one who would react that way 😂 Your tip about cutting the inside of the bell pepper is really helpful! I’ll definitely try it next time. I really appreciate your kind words and support 😊 I’m so happy you enjoyed the new video! I’ll keep doing my best, so please check out my future videos as well 🙏✨
You are actually cooking food that is not just instant ramen from boiling kettle. Well done! You are doing g great!
Thank you so much! It means a lot to hear that. I’m glad you noticed the progress-I’m enjoying the cooking journey and sharing it with you all! 😊
The foods in your videos looks really delicious. As a 20s living in Korea, I know it's not easy to cook and eat healthy at home often, not convenience store or delivery food (because they are faster and easier). So I think you're amazing! I’m cheering for your cooking journey☺️
Thank you for your comment! I totally understand how easy it is to rely on convenience store and delivery food because they're so convenient! Let’s take it easy and enjoy cooking little by little together 😄
this looks so good!! there is a dish I like to make, try this if you want! + 1/2 white onion (sliced) + thinly sliced beef + 1 pack enoki mushrooms + 2-3 tablespoons soy sauce + 1/2 cup dashi broth + 2 teaspoons sugar + 2 eggs (beat them together) + super small amount of black pepper + roasted sesame seeds + 1 stalk scallion 1. Chop onion and scallion, set aside. Cut roots and clean pack of enoki mushrooms 3. Roll up a small bunch of enoki mushrooms in a strip of thinly sliced beef until all enoki mushrooms are used up 4. Combine soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, dashi stock, and black pepper in a bowl 5. Pour oil in a pan over medium heat, then saute onion til slightly translucent 6. Lay beef enoki rolls around the pan nicely, add seasoned dashi stock, and simmer with the lid on til beef is cooked 7. Crack and beat 2 eggs in a small bowl, then pour eggs onto beef enoki rolls evenly 8. Simmer with the lid on til eggs are cooked to preference. 9. Garnish with sesame seeds, scallion, and have it with rice!
Thank you so much for your kind comment and the recipe! This dish sounds absolutely delicious, especially the beef-enoki rolls😋 I’ll definitely give this a try! Thanks for sharing, and I hope you continue to enjoy my videos! 😊🍽️
Nice dish! I just visited Japan for a couple weeks and was surprised by how high-quality the food and ingredients are. All the meals were delicious and healthy, and this dish looks similar. I hope you have a great week :)
