Nuke Tunnels Molotov Exploit

This works because of the molotov's/incendiary's wacky hitbox, it goes through ceilings and floors. AFAIA I don't see any uses of this in games, other than scare off a CT sniper camping on Garage, although who knows? I had one swap already complete until I realized just before uploading that it had broken automation tracks, so most tracks had either very quiet or silent instruments. Then I touched some grass.
