How to Prevent Sciatica ?|Which Precaution are needed

Sciatica pain Sciatica is Very common and his condition is better now, can he be saved from this? or any patient who has gone through any procedure has taken any corticosteroids injections which are given for the disc or spine or someone has undergone surgery or operated some chiropractors or some other acupuncture procedures, can he be saved from it? So, by adopting some measures, you can be saved from sciatica pain, and can save your life routine from getting disturbed. What are those measures? Number 1, to maintain your posture. Maintaining a good posture is the basic point to prevent sciatica. You should have a balance while sitting. Your hips and buttocks should be in balance. If you are wearing a pant, there should not be any heavy ballot in the back pocket of the pant which disturbs the balance. One side should be up and one side is down, this will pressurize the sciatic nerve and can cause sciatic pain. Number 2, stop smoking. If you do not smoke, then do not start it. It has an independent role. With smoking, atherosclerosis means, blood vessels getting tired, this happens, blood vessels will get tired, so the blood supply to the nerves. The nerves which are already suppressed by the blood supply will be affected more and the pain will be worse. Number 3, Reduce the weight. If you are overweight, if your BMI is high, then reduce the weight. This will help in treating and preventing sciatic nerve. If you are with well maintained weight, your body is in good height, then maintain it. This will help in preventing sciatic nerve. Number 4, live an active life. Stay active. If you adopt an active life, do some physical activities, do some stretching exercises, you will be safe from sciatica. You will be free from sciatica pain. And number 5, save yourself from falling. Your shoes should be comfortable to walk, comfortable. If you are climbing stairs, then hold the side railing and climb. And climb slowly, which reduces the risk of falling. Or you can avoid falling. This will help in preventing sciatic pain. To keep your points stable. And to keep your disc in its proper place. Number 6 If you have a pain in the chest and in that you can work with caution but if the doctors have advised you that you need bed rest according to your condition then do bed rest for proper time so that recovery process can speed up and recovery can be achieved very quickly and with complete relief from pain.
