My great grand father was a WW2 Veteran at the Philippines he survived the Bataan Death March he just died because of sickness.
So I’m inspired of this music
Fuck’em move forward
Whoever gets motivated by this is hard worker, else you'd be running from this song like a devil from a cross. Good job!
As a 21 year old 5’7 220lbs I struggle to run or march for a couple of minutes but when I started listening to this ARMY March I can run about 14 minutes straight I DON’T KNOW HOW but there’s something about this Sargents voice lol but amma keep doin it
Your so ritgh hardwork and really wanting it to achieve a goal. Thank for motivation 🙏
Yeah cadence makes you forget the pain for just a bit.
Am i the only one who just by listening to this cadence could keep on walking until your battery dies? This motivates me. And, i'm not in the military. But, i have been asked if i ever was, and lived a year in middle east for work. Maybe i was in a past life? ;-)
My favorite! #Hooah!
At ease all the talking..time to.. Double time.. Hooah, here we go… left right. Left right and roll y'all!!

I remember this cadence back in 1993 when I was in basic training at Fort Jackson. Great cadence for motivation when running.
When I hear this, I smile, and think of my old Drill Sergeants in basic training at Fort Jackson. Regardless of where you go in life, you will never forget the name of your Drill Sergeants.
I'm not a military guy at all, and I don't come from a military family. However, this song would get me going at the gym.
Love these cadences! Brings back great memories of Ft. Leonard Wood 20 years ago. In addition to being motivating, the cadence rhythm helps you keep a consistent breathing pattern during your run, preventing side stitches.
This song littearly Gives me PTSD because my karate teacher would play this in the middle of class
No "mamas apron strings" to hold onto here. These are REAL men.❤
