@@kelthuzad6845Yes, in my case the USB ribbon cable was upside down. Its the opposite orientation of HWfly, "UP" side needs to be the same side as the chips

The 2040 is better because the chip has machine learning built in. It trains you on the best way to exploit the console's flaw, making it boot faster every time you turn on the device. hwfly with proprietary chip cannot do this.
@@CanalHottuninglmao no it doesn't, the only difference is the microcontroller it uses (the rp2040) is documented a lot better and you can feasibly repogram it yourself, it's also a lot more accessible financially and quantity wise as it's mass produced by the Pi Foundation.

You still need to solder the cpu flex cable
for v1/v2 switch you need to solder 4 points on ribbon cable to CPU. On lite\oled there is some more soldering to be done.

Can the mod chip work on a v2 Nintendo switch?
Can you choose what the switch boot into after installing this chip into a V2 model? I have digital online games I would like to still play. So I would like to play using Stock sysMMC. Basically what does the switch boot into: CFW - sysMMC CFW - emuMMC Stock - sysMMC
yea you can do that basically on every mod chip
Can some kind commenter help me to know what I do after installing the chip? Do I need to turn the device on RCM mode and inject the Hekate payload or is booting the modchip gonna do that for me (if I have it on my SD card), and I only need to turn on autorcm in the settings?
The Modchip itself boots hekate, so no autoRCM needed as there is no payload to be injected
The payload is sent to the switch via the modchip, there is nothing else you need to do

False, you have to "touch the ground" before start working to normalize your static charge... Or you can discharge all the condensators by power on the console while the batteries is disconnected.
While you can kill parts by electrostatic discharge in theory, it's actually damn hard to do in practice.
