It’s obvious this guy doesn’t work at a dealership. This may have been true back in the day but now they are built so cheap. Now it’s quantity not quality. They poor them out as fast as possible and rely on dealership technicians to fix all the issues under a low ball warranty rate.

I had a 1968 Pontiac Tempest , 350 V8 320 hp. Sold it and bought the 1970 Chevelle SS 402 V8 350 hp. The 396 was actually a 402.

Love the way they advertise HP and torque . In my experience most ICE . HP and Torque are fairly close on the power curve . Such as 300 hp 305 FPT . And lots of times that can be a little more HP than torque as well . Makes me think those engines were probably 425+ HP

Nissan ePower doesn't have a CVT like other hybrids and it has an EV like driving experience.

They had a lot more than 370 horsepower. Add about 100 to it. They downplayed the horsepower to keep insurance rates low so people could buy their cars. Lot cheaper to buy a car with 370 horsepower than 500

The Torino Twister came with either a 429CJ or a 429SCJ. The later was called Super Cobra Jet not Super Jet. Ford never made a 429 Cobra engine. They made two Cobra cars in 1968 and 69 using Fairlane Formal Roof and Sports Roof body style both having a 428 Cobra Jet engines. The 1970 Mustang Sports Roof Twister came with a 428SCJ(48 in total I believe) or a 351 Cleveland 4v(4bbl Carb). I owned a 1968 Cobra Formal Roof with a 428CJ.

I highly doubt that car was ever offered with a 428SCJ.

The Truck drivers are actually in the wrong here. Its called a zipper merge and not using it or going all the way up can cause more traffic. The mercedes driver is simply trying to use the road as intended and in the right. Hes not trying to drive on shoulder hes trying to use the road as intended to zipper merge.

hybrid is the best choice for most people, especially those who live rural and in colder climates. i dont want to buy an electric because everytime the prices drop, youre losing depreciation. The one positive is that you can get a tesla qucikly, a rav4 hybrid here in Vancouver is over 2 years wait.......
