안녕하세요, 불가리안백 스핀은 꾸준한 수행과 고찰.. 그리고 목표설정이 답입니다. 거울보다는 영상을 찍어보고 복기하시는 방법을 추천 드립니다. 무엇보다 스핀 자세가 나오기까지의 그 과정도 훈련이니 너무 조급하실 필욘 없으십니다. 저는 이 운동한지 6년이 넘은 상황인데 처음엔 저도 자세도 안나왔고 부상도 있었습니다만 그 모든 것들이 성장을 위한 과정이었을 뿐이었습니다. 분명 회원님도 잘하실거고 나중엔 저보다도 훨씬 더 강해지실 겁니다. 화이팅 입니다!
