People are putting way too much expectation on Sesko. People expect results from Arsenal this window - either the league or the UCL. Not results 2 years from now. His appeal is obvious. £65m would be a steal for the killer he will definitely become but he needs a couple more seasons. He's not a readymade signing like a Rice or an Osimhen. Long term, Seiko will be a delightful signing, but he isn't what Arsenal needs to win trophies right NOW yet.

£70 million for Watkins? & the rest,if Caicedo is an £115 million player & with top strikers being rarer than rocking horse shit that figure was way below the fee Villa would take,but it would take £100+ million for Villa too give it any thought. Aston Villa don't really need to sell any top players,but only if a top fee could be reinvested & make the squad better overall then it's a consideration,but i don't see Watkins moving anywhere & would be very surprised if he left Villa...... up the mighty Villa!!! 😊

I like Benjamin Šeško A LOT. To me he is a more complete striker than Haaland. Unlike Haaland who is super leftfooted, Benjamin Šeško is ambipedal. Also unlike Haaland, Šeško actually scores a lot with his head. He has better body and ball control, more skillful than Haaland. There's very little backlift to let off powerful shots with either foot. As far as the Alexander Isak comparisons goes. Isak wasn't highly rated the season before joining Newcastle . In the 2021-2022 season, Isak scored only 10 goals (in all competitions) for Real Sociedad, who finished 6th in La Liga. Newcastle bought Isak for 70 Mil, now he is worth over 100 Mill. Benjamin Šeško is the perfect mix of Haaland & Isak (with a better injury history). So 50-60 Mill, for a 20 year old, 6ft5, fast, skillful, two footed, intelligent player, scored 21 goals (in all competitions) for RB Leipzig, a team that finished 4th in the Bundesliga. If we get him, we get a great deal and set on the striker position. And after he becomes one of the best strikers in the world, winning us the EPL and Champions League, in 5 - 6 years from now, we can sell him for 200 Mill at 26-27 years old 🤞🏾😂🤣

Sesko will be on the bench. That's why he's being bought - he's 20, will be having his first season in PL and will be happy to get on the 'Arteta Improves Players' train. Arsenal will not buy players who bench crucial players and who expect to start. Crucial to Arteta that is. If he now signs a £100m first-choice striker, he has to bench Havertz (who cannot play in midfield) and that would make it look like Arteta doesn't know what he's doing. Havertz is the biggest wage earner I believe in the club and you can't have your biggest earners on the bench. We are Project FC and we will sign a bunch of projects. We wont be signing elite expensive ready to start players like Osmihen, Isak, Watkins, Guimaraes et al 18yo Hato, 22 yo LB from Feyonoord Hartmann and plenty other kids being prepared. Hi, gooner here. I like how you, and Kate, can speak about Arsenal and say "I hope you crash and burn to a crisp" and still give some praise! I have enjoyed watching Spurs, ofc I want you to fail and get relegated but in my opinion your football was better this season than the league table would suggest, felt a little bit deflated at the end but for 80% of the season it was very enjoyable football to watch. That being said I watch everything I can in the PL so if its not Arsenal playing I judge every other team on a game to game basis and just enjoy the football for what it is. Allways root for the underdog in any game Arsenal does not play though, like to get enjoyment from the game regardless of who's playing
