I didn't have to pound on the pan to remove it. Use those pry bars called a "maidens slipper". I replaced the solenoid with the Dorman unit which I think has already crapped out within a few hundred miles. Looks like I need to do the job again with a Mopar pump.
Since they replaced it all and now we have 40000 more miles it's still doing great. I wish you luck and hope it all works out to the best.
I watched 3 other videos on this installation and yours is the best. Thanks for putting this up. I bet you can use a piece of a foam insulation strip to keep the wire from coming out of the overhead trim.

Happens with all sweepers. My hußkee does the same. Had to weld a spot a few times then file it to have the càtch, catch it and turn the wheels going forward. Simple fix I have a huskee

does it matter if you paint the flywheel or not? if you keep the magnets clean?
Not really if the is not rust under the paint and the gap is correct.
Thank you. I have a flywheel that was rusty and I cleaned it and treated it with phosphate/cleaner. I’m just wondering if I should spray a coat of paint to keep it from rusting again

I believe there are 6205RS bearings for 2 ea. for each idler.

No, it's a standard bearing number.

Tractor Supply carries a Karavan tongue-mounted spare tire mount now, it is $99 and it hangs the spare below the A-frame on the tongue.

That’s a lot of problems for having low miles. I was considering buying one. After seeing this I’m a little concerned.
Rex, like anything second-hand, will have issues if not taken care of. I made the video to show what to look out for. and not to scare anyone :). In all, I took it all over the trails up in WVA, and not one issue. In one day trip, I did 140 miles, which was a beast. In all, If I were to ever get one again, it would be a 900 or RS1 for the suspension. They are a blast to ride and handle really well.

That's great, I brush off anything that may be sticking out. But focus on the coil and magnet area.

It is not a dipstick nor a cleaning rod. It is a guide wire to provide stability for the narrow tube. Once you have inserted the tube, you remove the guide wire and connect it to the main hose.

Looks to be the same process as my 2012 Polaris Ranger 500 EFI 4x4 crew. Just the video I needed as the components all look the same or at least similar. Thanks man!

I was wondering if you had any thoughts about a smooth top vs a diamond plate top.
I went with antiskid tape and paint, due to liquids make it really slick. The antiskid also gives traction.
This E3.12 Spark Plug is not for Echo products, it says it replaces the BPMR7Y, but you need one that replaces the BMPR8Y which is a cooler plug, I think.

It all depends if your area has a flooded market. But, if not then depending on what you paid for and what you want for it is what sets the price. Like I paid 6200 for mine and they go for 7000 at my location.

To frustrating, a bullet got down n the bottle m of mine. Bought a brand new one for my pmr, lasted one day and now the springs are jammed and not working.
I would be careful if you were to be taking it a part to retrieve the round that slipped to the bottom.
I run a 6” fan 80 watt on the left side of my qh12. It blows a lot of hot air out! I’ve boiled gasoline in the past, leading to “vapor lock” and stalling. This will certainly help. All 4 swing motor bolts were hand tight when I checked them. I will check the chassis/ frame bolts. Thanks for the info.

But after watching your video I was able to fix it myself. and quite frankly I had given up right before that again thank you. P.S you definitely saved me a lot of money yes SIR ! 😊

Need help following the fuel lines from the tank and the one that feeds into the same area the front right shock on mine is pouring fuel out when i fill the tank with fuel what could this be?
Where is the fuel coming from, like the carb or the lines? If the carb, it's more than likely a stuck float. If it's coming from the lines, it could be the fuel shutoff is open or broken. The other thing is that if it's coming (seeping from the housing)from the pump, then it's the seals and just replace the pump. Now, the fuel from the tank to the pump and its passing through the pump while not running is normal in a way due to gravity and temperature, the pump makes sure that there is ample fuel flow to the carb, some people have run fine with the pump failing and not know until they are on an incline and then stall and sputters. True, but I have seen a few Can Am's and Polaris with after-market two-seat box add-ons and had no issues.

I have had our rotational motor loosen and now leaks badly after 41 hours? Who can I contact to get some seals or a replacement?

Just had the po6da code pop up today on my 2019 Chrysler 300s. Runs fine and oil pressure is reading normal. Just like him I’ve been researching literally all day trying to see what could be causing that code. Very little info for that code as he mentioned so with it reading normal oil pressure I’m thinking it may be the solenoid.
That's probably the issue. 50000 miles later no issues after it and the pump were replaced.
Great video! I am surprised the machine uses 5/8" and 1 1/4" nuts instead of metric ones. The nuts nominal sizes are probably 15mm and 30mm if the next SAE size of 5/8" and 1 1/4" fit. Have you tried metric wrenches?

Could you supply the hydraulic filter part number? The mineral oil is about condensation and volatility. Normal oils and fuels evaporate causing sensors to go off in the shipping docks. Replace the mineral oil asap its not intended for engines and heet inside an engine. I purchased at brothers equipment in matthews nc

No, it came out with it.
any oil or dirt will inhibit the spark more than rust will. that's the bigger problem. (and that iron is just cheap cast iron -- so oil can get into the metal.) it seeps into the metal at a level you cannot see. .
Never had any issues after using WD--40, but I could see what regular oils would cause an issue.
