I met you at the Halloween Half. Unfortunately I got swept due to the heat. I saw you again in the 10k next to Little Mermaid. I finished the Dumbo this time. I agree the course was actually really great!

I was just there. I felt like it wasn’t enough characters. Most of the run was in the streets. I barely seen photographers. I also was annoyed that I never got a start time for my corral at the expo. Just what corral I was in.

For me with regard to the 5K, they should have taken into account the delayed start of the corrals. I’m just glad I finished. Like apart from being confused about Hollywood BLVD when I just missed, I had fun. Of course Disneyland knows about the races, so they could have solved it by having Disneyland be the early open park. I just think overall they lacked communication for that particular race, we even entered the corral areas late.

A lady went down in that same street. Not sure if it was the same one.

Nice video Manny. I only made it to little past 12 miles. The blisters were killing me. Will train better next time!

Great video and congratulations! Quick question, if you don't start the run with the balloon ladies, how can you tell how far ahead you are of them? Is it experience and best guess or is there another way you calculate it? I ran my 1st RunDisney race last month. The only way I knew how far ahead I was of the balloon ladies, was a wonderful group of ladies (who started with the balloon ladies) told them they were about 15 to 20 minutes ahead. At that point, I knew if I stayed ahead of pace I would be fine. Thank you!

Wow, very different environment than the ones at WDW, seems narrower and quieter the first mile. I’m surprised. How is getting a picture ? It’s cool that you go thru the castle, that was wonderful.

It’s interesting they said they were sweeping because no one told us that and I wasn’t like dead last in D but towards the middle back. And I came into DCA at the 56 mins mark for the D start time and they had close off Hollywood BLVD so I didn’t get to do that or Avengers campus. So time wise I did great mile wise it was short by 0.10 of a mile. I think it should also be noted D didn’t start until 5:24 AM so they were running behind. I hope for September I get C again as that extra time really helped me. I’m just wondering why no one communicated anything to the back of the runners 🤷🏽‍♀️. It was great seeing you out there Manny! Have a great run tomorrow.

I liked a lot of the merch. The magic key spirit jersey was pretty neat, I would buy that!

I somehow lucked out and got group 39. We got called at 11:00 ish. I got the 5K finisher shirt and then picked up my preorder stuff. I think I might go to the store again as it was super busy. Hope to see ya at the 5K in the morning!

Great video. Im flying into LAX Thursday evening with American since I'm using flight points. I also check both uber and Lyft and save a few dollars using the cheaper one.

The ART shuttle called EVE, runs a shuttle from Orange County/ John Wayne airport it’s $15 one way. I usually do this for my arrival but take Lyft going back as it’s more convenient for returning to the airport. Cost wise they are about the same.

The lady and the tramp is my favorite medal. The theme and the design were really wel put together.

I’m very sorry you got sick, Manny, but I appreciate so much your setting a good example and being considerate of others. I’m sure that was still disappointing for you, but I greatly respect the message it sends, looking out for others, as well as yourself. I really enjoyed your video of Dinoland too! Crazy to think I got to see it both the day before it opened to the public in 1998 (as part of the grand opening media junket), and I got to run through it on its last day before extinction! I have been very fortunate.

I’m actually excited for Mulan but only because of Mushu..I am already stressed about sign ups though 🤣 hoping to get into the challenge and run the 5k for charity. Hopefully see you there!

Great video! The hallway carpet is giving Tron vibes. It is nice they put the privacy curtain in between the sleeping and bath area. The bar in the shower allows you easier access to your legs when you wash and shave them. Loving the windows too! Thanks for sharing!

So sorry you got sick. I was looking forward to seeing you when the balloon ladies passed me at 10.5 on the half. Maybe you could have pushed me thru but my feet were on fire. If I started in any other coral than G, I could have managed thru. Thanks for your informational videos.
