Hi mate, WRC game i guess its not supported for this steering wheel. If im not mistaken, you need the more angle rotation steering wheel, the Thrustmaster T80 angle rotation max is 240 only.

Thambi, if there is an offer then go for it. Wait for sales month/season, the price will go down alot thambi. I think last month or 2 months ago, we got F1 23 for free because of the PS Plus Subscriptions.

No worries mate and I don’t have this issue. I think the wheel is on pc mode, not on PlayStation mode. There is a led light flashing on the wheel, you should see red which means compatible for all games in PS5.

Anna I have fixed it. Thrustmaster T80 wheel is 240 degrees. By default the steering wheel rotation was 360 in the game. I changed it to 240. Now I am able to handle my car more easier. Thank you. I bought this wheel after going through your video.

@@karthigayanannadorai aiyoo anna no problem at all. In 2020 game the setting was like that. I think you are playing 21 right? Check panni paarunga anna. Neenga sonnadhey perusu anna. Naan unga alavukku pro lam illa na. Automatic gear shift vaichu dhan viladuren. If wheel rotation setting is available turn it down to 240 and try cockpit view its amazing. You were already a master without adjusting these settings. With the perfect setting, you will rock it I guess. Can’t wait to see your next video

Yes thambi, I’m already playing F1 2021 and 2022. Stopped playing F1 2020 long time ago but i never noticed the wheel rotation settings thambi, thanks alot for sharing this. And I’m not pro all thambi, naanum still in learning stages but i struggled alot in the beginning. We all go through that stage. And yes thambi, already editing my next video. Sorry mate for the late reply. I have only tested the steering wheel from F1 2020 onwards, so I’m not sure how it works for 2018 and 2019, mate. But rest assured, I did not adjust any settings for the game or for the wheel.

I didn’t set any settings mate. I was racing with Thrustmaster T80 since F1 2020 version and never felt lag at all mate. Tried with both PS4 and PS5, both were smooth and very accurate

The Thrustmaster T80 is a better option mate, it also has a better warranty than others.

Hi mate, i have this issue before and its a sign that the steering wheel is in bad shape. The potentiometer in the steering wheel is dying. If you still have warranty, go and get it replaced quickly

Hi brother, sorry for the late reply. I have tried playing nfs with this steering wheel, the response between the game and the wheel was not that accurate. For games like F1 and Gran Turismo, it works perfectly. For NFS, its abit like 50-50. Which NFS game you gonna play brother?

Hi brother, thank you for the compliments, and I apologize for the late reply. This wheel is a very good option if you're on a budget, and it works well with F1 and Gran Turismo. It might seem tough to drive with initially, but as you master it, you'll enjoy the experience.

Sorry, mate, for the late reply. I was a bit busy yesterday. Have you converted the steering wheel into PC mode? First, you must install the Thrustmaster T80's drivers, mate. They are available on the website (I'll post the link below). Secondly, you need to hold the PlayStation button (PS) and then connect the USB to your PC. Only then will the steering wheel work perfectly.

Ah ha, the problem is the steering wheel in controller mode my friend. You have to change it to default steering mode. Unplug the usb, press and hold the PlayStation button on steering then insert the USB cable to PlayStation

No mate, forza horizon doesn’t work with this wheel. I have tried steam and Microsoft Store on Windows 10/11 , it doesn’t detect the wheel at all.

@@karthigayanannadorai when I watch other vids why do I see them use the same wheel and play Forza 5 i think u might not be doing it properly

@@Yungsaify they might have modified or installed a 3rd party apps in their machine to get this working. I will not do that way as it will definitely impact the windows/applications one day.

I understand, mate. It’s incredibly challenging at the start. I almost felt like I bought the wrong steering wheel. The key to mastering driving with this wheel is to keep it straight at all times-don’t steer even an inch to the left or right. It’s very sensitive, but you’ll get used to it.

It’s worth buying if you are under budget bro and they have stopped the production for this steering. I will suggest you to go for Logitech G29 since it has the force feedback and 2 years warranty i think. Thrustmaster T80 is a very good steering wheel for beginners and for those who is under budget, only disadvantage is not much games are supported with this steering wheel. Example, Forza Horizon 5

i only can using an emulator of xbox controller. So its like I playing with a controller. I have a little imput delay for that. My f1 2022 is from xbox pc game pass

Ah ok, yours is from xbox pc game pass. I have a feeling the game launcher doesn’t detect your steering wheel. If we launch the game via steam, no issues. Can you link the xbox f1 game via steam?

@@MilesParker475 small matter mate and that guy in the store probably don’t really know about this product. Im using this wheel for the past 2 years on my PS4 and PS5 now, and it syncs perfectly with the game. Never had any issues so far, just to have bear with the wear and tear but thats normal mate. Go for it, you will enjoy racing with this wheel

I had the same issue with my old steering, mate. The potentiometer is dying, which is causing the car to not stay straight on a straight line. I ended up damaging the motherboard while replacing the potentiometer. If you're not an expert in soldering, make sure not to make the same mistake as me.

@@karthigayanannadorai No, thats te point, it's hard. Especially do try doing WRC. It's even harder. But you realize the shake, vibration, jump is hard thing to do and your respect real drivers. It's ok crashing etc. Isn't that the point, its called simulation. And when you crack it, it will be even much fun and you will be better driver in reality as well

Don’t think so can bro, it doesn’t have extra ports on the steering wheel to connect the thrustmaster shifter. Same goes to pedals, we have to stick to the original pedals comes in the box

The shifter doesn’t have USB cable to be connected to the pc. I think the next available model with shifter will be the logitech g29 bro, not the cheapest but still the price is lower compared to others
