Hey, these videos are very useful we are about to embark on using Viva Goals in our Directorate, and i wanted to know how do we set up 1- The Directorate main OKRs, tie them with - two business areas under that, then - the two business areas have different teams under them?
Very Helpful. I have a question. I have made several connections to my data and the links work great; however, after a period of time the link says it could not authenticate my account credentials. If I go to Admin to reauthenticate the link - it works; however all the data is not out of sync and I have to mannually go to each link to manually sync. Is there a way to avoid this?

When I connect and then search for a certain spreadsheet to link to, sometimes it is not showing. How do you troubleshoot if a spreadsheet is not showing? One particular example I think of is where someone else has created a spreadsheet. It has a data point I want to link to. I connect to excel, but then can't see the other person's spreadsheet. Any suggestions?

If a spreadsheet isn’t showing when connecting to Excel in Viva Goals, here are a few things to check: Permissions: Ensure the file is shared with you, especially if someone else created it. Location: Make sure the spreadsheet is in a shared location (e.g., SharePoint or Teams) rather than a personal OneDrive. Reconnect: Try refreshing the connection or logging out and back in. Hope this helps!
