So let me get this straight ... last year this time... Knicks would be talked about as a mediocre team although our recent years imorovements would show different. The minute we start giving away players from that same 'mediocre' team... all of a sudden these players are GEMS and STEALS... The only thing I question about Ware is the offense translating to the real Heat team. The summer league team had 3 point guards, their real team has 0 point guards. Those lobs won't be coming so easy or often.

Two highly paid oft injuried dudes on same team. What could possibly go wrong. Great dudes team mate but bet your horses or these to guy staying healyis insane.

No one talks about the one thing that makes Ware most offensively dangerous--he hits his free throws. It'd be one thing if he had this good interior scoring presence and rim protection, but low ft% would make him a hack target. Through 6 summer league games he shot 70% on 5 FTA per game and thats lower than his normal average. You can't hack him to take away his lobs and dunks.

Seen Daniels play the Olympic warm up games. Looks really good with a more substantial role. Makes me think the Pelicans roster was perhaps too cluttered with good wings to give him enough opportunities. Really looking forward to see how he goes in Atlanta.

I just hope Bam is not insecure enough to block Ware from shining. It seems whenever another big is encroaching on Bam's importance to Miami, Bam sabotages the team so they think the other big is no good. Look at all the other bigs (taller than Adebayo) they tried to partner with Bam. They're all gone or demoted.
