My Valheim Dream House - Pretty and Practical
Absolutely loved this video! Great work.
I didn’t know you could do that. It amazing that that’s a possibility in this game. I’m gonna build one now. It’s also reminds me of the time. My brother made a functioning Clock with Redstone in Minecraft, that thing was cool. Took him two weeks
A lot of build videos on TH-cam are heavily aesthetic and not very good for standard gameplay. I love that you show how to make the basic, playable build, and then suggest how to make it prettier. I will absolutely be building this
You ever consider adding a resource list to the intro? like "10k stones, 5k wood, 100 iron"
Really enjoying watching your playthrough while doing my own solo play, you're so funny, very refreshing kind of humor :)
Black Forge can be in the Corner with Galdr sank down the floor. Imagine 3 spikes, and a purple ball popping up the floor. You can just look down to use Galdr.
Yeah you cooked again, this is so fucking cool
Reminder that this portal hub design still works even with a mod like xportal. The portal numbers are written like addresses, so it's extremely easy to find which portal you are exiting from even when selecting them from xportal's dropdown list. Simple and organized.
Love the House! How about a video with all the difference versions you made? And some viewers perhaps as well if you have any video material for that 😁👍
One word. Daym!
Bro is gonna observing stars to navigate next
Bro you really had me there at 2:14, I was like "damn that was a short video" but in reality it wasn't even half way lmao.
I really like the simplicity of this build! Most valheim builds look great, but aren't practically usable at all. Definitely will be adapting this design! As for my own take on the design, since you mentioned being interested in how folks would modify it, I think I would change it so that 2 workstations can fit in each corner - so the workbench and forge would go in one corner and the black forge and gladr table go in the other. I'd then change the boxes so that there's a small row of boxes between the crafting tables (actually in the corner) - so instead of 4 - 4 reinforced boxes, it would be 3 - 2 - 3. It's a bit more cramped, but eyeballing it looks like it will work, although we might have to make the room slightly bigger. The other two corners would be the kitchen and an armory - with item stands with armor sets on them and boxes with all your old equipment in. The bed would then be in a loft balcony over the kitchen / armory half. (I really like loft balconies.) This is a really great design though! Thanks for sharing!
Hi Mr crate, I just finished building your dream house design, and i find it so cool, the video is so well made too! I'm glad i followed your tutorial. Much love from a fellow viking :)
Ok, enough, I love you already. I'm a sub and I'll creep on all your videos now. Good on ya!!!
Congrats for 10k subs Banana <3
Not to be salty but for someone who organizes these beautiful houses and bases you are utterly unprepared when it comes to attacks: no arrows, weapons not repaired, no meads at hand xD - there is room for improvement ;) I was thinking all the time, what will he do when a Gjall attacks, oh no, his rested buff is gone again, why doesn't he get rested - and it happend. The Gjall event seems to only happen in Mistlands bases as far as I have seen so far. But you've managed it! Proud of you! Your playthrough is so nice, I love your sense of humor and your dedication when it comes to make your builds functional. The mistlands base is awesome!
I was looking for something interesting to do in my "solo server" and found this is a good idea to try, really enojey the video and I just finished creating the structure, I am moving the workbencht and such and will dedicate some time to collect tar for deocration
But buh buh I AM MAKE A SOUFLÉ! 🤣
ComfyGizmo A mod. Among other things, you can set the rotation snap angles per 180 degrees from 2 - 256. Building circles is smooth.
This author is an absolute genius! The sundial ideas are brilliant, and I'm so grateful they shared this knowledge with us. Truly inspiring work!☀️
Eating ores and pooping bars is my kinda thing
Awesome video, this solves most of my valheim issues lmao
Great vid. Just want you to know that I used the template! Went with the three meter segments.
Amazing work
its really cool, only one thing what I would do is expand the under area so a cart can fit trough
Some things that are not mentioned are 1 holding block can be used to straighten your character where you are looking 2 Terran is only smooth on 6 axis i think Smooth Terran detections are... N Ne S E Sw W So you cant "easily atlest" build it on the SN and EW axis
"you can leave them bare I guess, if you have no soul" lol
seed?
Nice work. And for new players (before you start building) ensure your building is aligned with the cardinal directions (North, South, East. West) to allow straight subterranean trenches.
Are you under the bed? xD

Thanks for new inspiration - once I arrive in Ashlands I will try some of it. Keep up the great work. I love your overall style!
2:12 damn that reveal is cool as heck. I thought u would put them outside
It's my dreamhouse, too now - and I have built it for my late-game base in the plains! I love that it is so customizable, while your guide was easy to follow to get the basic build right.
Quality vid, great guide. Just subscribed-congrats on reaching 10,000!
love the vids and all the build ideas. You might consider creating a single playlist and linking in video description so the chronology is easier to follow. I'm having to scroll through all your live stream vids and hunt for each one in sequence.
Hey there Bananas, Im watching your streams daily through my lunchbreaks at work, Great Entertainment. Quick question, could you please post the SEED as I am only on Episode 8 and would love to see the map. Keep up the good work, FYI Vic is awesome and huge inspiration for my next play through!
I haven't heard a People magazine reference sonce.... Idk when. Lmao.
I thonk copying someone else's structure kind of misses the point of the game... The fun. But, i like your house. I always make sure my facing /orientation is how i want, but necer thought of something sumple like making the sides face cardinal directions. Funny what lil gems you can pick up from like minded folks
Your 'dunp hole' is my 'crash chests' - chests that i leave empty for those times i dont want to deal and just stash it somewhere. They are usually up front n center and 1-2 chests.
The best storage i ever had was dead simple. The entire floor was chests, you could just run along the top of them and search as you go. That was in my valheimraft boat, too. Thing was HUGE , it's holds were as grand as a cathedral.
Did you know that with the right upgrade, you can get 25% more cash from your banana crates?
Creative mide.

You're a funny guy. Not forced and great timing.
You’ve convinced me numbers are the way to go lol. Grate video
22:47 What causes that message to appear? "Take me to the river… Drop me in the water."
These messages appear when you have a fish in the wall
I love the base wall is base clock idea.
This made me download the game again
all i can say is , man u putting all this effort into making such a well edited video from 0 to hero explaining and doing everything perfectly is next level of dedication just from this video i can see how much u love what you do , keep it up my man ♥
started doing it today and it took me like 5 hours to finish it without any extensions , LOVE IT! ♥
