Now some is stuck in there and I can’t get it out is there anyway type if solution that will soften the beads? So I can clean my tooth out

Over the last several years many of my front lower teeth plus one upper front tooth became chipped because of my severe deep bite and clenching my jaw at night. I’m 73 years old, and It’s been 2 years of Invisalign treatment to correct my bite. I have maybe 2 months to go, and then I’ll be advancing to the next step of repairing my chipped and worn teeth. My dentist thinks the better way to go for me is to crown the upper front teeth and do composite on the lower front ones. The only thing wrong with the upper fronts (besides a small chip) is they look like they have faint stress fracture lines, so that’s why he recommends crowns there.
