Ireland's Darkest DNA Secret | The Black Irish Mystery
Ireland's Darkest DNA Secret | The Black Irish Mystery
Ireland is a land of myths, legends, and ancient mysteries. But hidden within its history lies an enigma that has puzzled historians and geneticists for centuries-the mystery of the ‘‘Black Irish’’. Who were they? Were they just dark-haired Irish people, or is there a deeper, more mysterious origin to their DNA?
For generations, certain Irish families-especially in the ‘‘west of Ireland’’-have been known for their striking ‘‘dark hair, dark eyes, and pale skin’’. Unlike the stereotypical red-haired, freckled Irish, these individuals stood out, leading to speculation about their ancestry. Some say they are the descendants of ‘‘Spanish sailors’’ who were shipwrecked during the ‘‘Spanish Armada’’ in 1588. Others suggest their roots trace back to the ‘‘Iberian Peninsula, North Africa, or even the Middle East’’, hinting at ancient migrations that predate written history.

Amalgamation - the action or process of uniting or merging two or more things. (The enslaved melanated people of different backgrounds and ethnicities reclassified as black and negroes when enslaved in early America.) Ethnogenesis is the process by which a new ethnic group is formed and develops. (The mixing of these peoples created a new ethnic group and that newly created ethnic group created their own culture and subcultures) Enslaved peoples were traded from the Americas to the Carribean. Up and down, back and forth. So what makes up the FBA ancestral heritage? Excluding r@pe from Europeans. 1. Indigenous Black tribes of North and South America and the Carribean. 2. "Native Americans," duh. 3. Moors built mosques in Florida, Alabama, and Louisiana long before Europeans "discovered" America. 4. Israelites who were stripped of their money, clothing, AND children then expelled from Spain and shipped to West Africa during the Inquisitions taking place across Europe. 5. East and West Africans that were enslaved from inter-tribal wars and slave raids then sold. 6. Polynesians who were tricked and shipped to America through "blackbirding." 7. Hindu people shipped to Dutch colonies in the Americas and traded.("Good Hair?") 8. Filipino people(Asian AND Aeta) who were enslaved and shipped to the Americas during the Transpacific and the Spanish galleon trades. Some escaped to California, Louisiana and Mexico by claiming to be "Indians" once they grew out their hair and married into communities and tribes because their skin color was the same as blacks and other red Indians(before they whited themselves out.) We know who we are so we don't need foreigners especially tethers trying to tell us who we are because their false narrative of us being Generic Africans is falling apart.

Samis are part of the finno-uralic people. But they were the last to migrate so they were in contact with the migrating siperians by trade and war. Also the notion that they are "only" indigenous people in Europe is laughable and only a globalist political weapon do undermine european native ethnicities. In truth Sami came last to the current national boundaries such as norway, sweden and finland they just went straight to the northern parts of the countries and lived there with their respective tribes until they were rediscovered by their nordic kinsmen. Nowadays they have mixed with rest of the nordic ethnicities and their genetic genome is 70-90% finnish, swedish and norwegian. But they are not more or less natives to north than finns and norse.

Modern dna studies show no connection with the Basques or Spanish. There is also no North African dna in the Irish. The Black Irish seems to be more an American thing. My old Irish relatives never used the term and I've only come across it on the internet. Anyway we have dna studies so this video seems to be spinning a mystery that has been disproven. All Irish cluster together and they all cluster in NW Europe with populations like the Scots, Welsh and English. Also it's been known for a long time that the Irish aren't particularly Celtic genetically. There is no controversy about the Black Irish in Ireland. This video is claiming things that never occurred. There was no stigma on Irish with darker hair and eyes. A lot of what's claimed on this video is made up. Also regarding genetics the facts are that the Irish have a lot less diversity than what was said previously. In fact this video is not even factual about what dna has shown. Also the video is contradictory saying that Irish have been shown to have little Spanish dna and then claiming there are Basque markers and North African. None of this is factual.

Jet black straight hair, skin colour more like a red Indian, eyes hazel green. in fact we kids used to joke around he was an red Indian. He himself believed he descended was from the Spanish Amanda. This is not true as most were killed off as they landed by English/ Anglo Irish. What is true is that its an ancient gene pool. The subject of this video has been covered so many times before. How many times do we need to see ignorant videos like this about the 'black Irish?' Why do you automatically think the word black has nothing to do with black Africans. Why does the narration keep repeating itself? The pictures you use in your video are not of 'black Irish' people. This is very misleading. The meaning of this expression has been explained over and over again. It s well know that some Irish people today in Ireland are descended from migrations of people who migrated up the western coasts of Europe, starting in what is today called Spain and Portugal. This started over 3000 years ago. They were called the Beaker people. The Beaker people originated in Eastern Europe and spread west in to the whole of Europe around 5000 years ago. The people that moved north up the western, Atlantic coast of Europe. They looked more like people you would find today in Spain and Portugal. They have dark hair, brown eyes and sometimes a Mediterranean complexion. Some of their descents can still be found in the more western and remote parts of Ireland. They are still obviously European. The term 'black' was relative, and they looked much darker than the other pale skinned, blue eyed, fair haired people around them in Ireland. So they were called the 'black Irish.' It has nothing to do with black Africans. Genetic evidence supports this. You dont even seem to understand that the term 'Celtic,' is a cultural identity and not genetic. Historians realise now there was no Celtic invasion of Ireland. There is no Celtic genetic identity in Ireland. Ireland experienced a cultural Celtic take over around 500 BC. Nothing to do with genetic physical traits of Ireland.
