I have read that all facelift mk8.5 st-3's come with lsd as standard but need the perf back for non-facelift

There's no specific brand, many diffrent brands sells these better ones with resistors mounted in the bulb. You can most likely find them in any car part store you like who sells led bulbs. The biggest store in the UK for example I believe is ceuk.

The 18 model has a gear driven oil pump and correct me if I'm wrong but 19 and onwards has a wet belt for the oil pump. Both camshafts are chain driven.

Indeed the design isn't the greatest. The clip can sit very hard and it's that who make the taillight not come off. You can use a very thin and long panel tool or mabe some sort of good screwdriver for the purpose. Because if it sits that hard you must be able to press directly under where the clip are. As shown in the changing of the rear indicator video

@@dnrfroad I managed to get them out, those headlights have very sharp edges which can easily scratch the paint. Thanks for the tip.

@@Ivzu Awesome you got them out! Yes the edges easily scratch the paint so have to be careful

You could try warming up the unit with a Hairdryer set on a med/ low setting, blowing into the access panel. This may make it easier to remove. Once out some silicone grease in the push plug to help with inserting. Not being odd but KY gel is also good for this

No special product, just a good general cleaner. The dirt comes of easily and leaves this result

@@dnrfroad Unfortunately not true, my 1.5 182 HP Focus was made in November 2019 (wk 47), when I brought it to the Ford Performance garage for the first service in September 2020 they saw mine had the same problem., they were supprissed since the engines made until approx May 2019 could have this problem and mine was made 6 months later.

@@dnrfroad Can't confirm that either. With mine, (Fiesta ST mk8, MJ 6/2020) the leak startet after 4 years and 60.000km. They discovered the leak during service. But the sealing was renewed under my 7 year warranty. It took two days

Yes, Fiesta and the focus with the same engine are affected

Mine is from late 2019 and I hat the issue too… So don’t feel to save if yours is build after 2018 ✌🏻

Yes you're right the paint isn't that thick, but unfortunately most newer cars have that problem due to thinner paint

@@dnrfroad I have it only when it's above 20C. Will have to take them apart and put some foam tape between the two plastics. I wouldn't say it's very common.

These are simple and cheap ones from ebay/aliexpress. Had these lay around, but just search for H8/H11 ones and you will found similar. 6000K colour is what i've used here

The lights comes out slithly outwards and then back as you may se in the video how the clip is mounted. You have to get the front/triangler part of light outwords first a little bit, thats the only clip that holds it in place that hard. I would recommend either try to pull the triangler part fast and hard in a controlled manner. Or get a long and thin screwdriver, so you can try to press were the clip is mounted in under the light, better is a platsic paneltool but they usually aren't long enough. Be sure to use a towel between so you don't scratch the paint. Hope it helps and you get it out!

There is another pin at the front end. You can see it at the top left briefly around 2:50 and 2:55. It's the silver/aluminium coloured pin with groove around it. It locates into a plastic tube in the body work. Once you remove the main plastic screw and spring and pull the rear of the light outwards you still have to disconnect the pin at the front. Pull the light away from the car and slightly rearward. On my car the plastic tube came out with the pin but I left it on the pin and it all went back in later.
