I've heard it causes those inflicted by it to go mental or something. That and Dragon Breath isn't really supposed to be comparable to stuff like Fire, Lightning, or Ice. Not to mention what about his Acidic saliva? So would there be any creatures in Ark that have anything similar to Deviljho's breath attack? If so then ok then I can imagine Giga winning.

People acting like nobody with Leon's skills has ever tried to kill any of the Batman villains before may I remind people of Azreal and Jason Todd. Honestly, Leon's biggest challenge is going to be Poison Ivy if the guy can simp and get easily manipulated by Ada how long do you think he will last with Poison Ivy's pharamones? I'm even willing to bet he be fooled by Clayface in the Cell. Leon maybe tough but he's not the brightest guy to take on Batman villains, his character is described as being naive and most of Batman's rogues are going to be able to pick up on his weaknesses and exploit them, they enjoy playing mind games more then anything.
