I think we need to be realistic about K&A. As we can see, the addicts have dispersed into surrounding streets and around the corner! So all the cleanup’s done is move the problem elsewhere. I hope Mayor Parker isn’t done, but she has kept her election promise to clean up Kensington Avenue….. Only time will tell!
