This seems like 1920s version of urban social couple dance blues successor to similar Ragtime 1 step (2 step?) Blues--Ragtime dances+ 1 sort of urban blues music, apparently generic, not individual state (Alabama, etc.) or or city (Chicago, St. Louis Blues)?
