I was Wrong about Creatine
What happens if you stop taking Creatine? This is a follow up video to a more detailed video I made a month ago where I showed the results of me taking 10 week of Creatine (link below).

10 Weeks of Creatine Results

In this video I show the progress I have made after I started taking Creatine 10 weeks ago. However, instead of showing just a before and after, I have tried to isolate the effects of Creatine by first training without Creatine for the same amount of time (10 weeks), then keeping the nutrition, training plan/intensity and everything else the same (to the best of my abilities), I have added Crea...

Wipe your camera before recording, and use a mic, even a 1000 rs. Mic would do job
There's a lav mic strapped to my shirt.
keep up the good work brother!
Thanks!
Original video link: th-cam.com/video/sSsyMqGIJrA/w-d-xo.html Also, is the background noise too loud/distracting? Is my voice/speech clearly audible and understandable? Please answer if you have a moment to spare. Thing is I live such a NOISY place that unless I am holding the mic with my hand very close to my mouth (kinda uncomfortable) or recording at 3AM, it is impossible to have no background noise. I just hope it is not a deal breaker.
Well explained..👍
Thank you 🙂
What's wrong with pike push up ?
Nothing, they are awesome. But if you want to be able to do freestanding HSPU, 90 degree push up, at some point you will want to move on to an actual HSPU progression.
How long would i be able to train with 2x 30 kg dumbbells if for example id do weighted pull ups, and weighted ring rows before they get too light?
2x30kg dumbbells means a total of 60kg. This total weight is unlikely to ever get "too light" for weighted Pull Ups as even that weight as your one rep max will be considered very good, 5 rep max will be considered elite and if you can do that >10 reps, well you will be considered to have an world class strength and you should be competing in Streetlifting/Calisthenics competitions. I would advise you to focus on figuring out how to properly apply progressive overload instead. I mean, if you do a bodyweight Pull up and then add one dumbbell, that's 30kg increase at one time, which is a lot. You need to progress incrementally, 5kg at a time at maximum.
@@aulip_7 Thanks for the answer. They are adjustable dumbbells so i can adjust the load. Im wondering if you would recomend a gym to me or if i could workout with these dumbbells, rings, resistance bands and a pull up bar from home effectivly.
@@sdasdgfdgd2931 It's hard to recommend you something without knowing your circumstances. But here are some thoughts. Objectively speaking, a gym is the safest and the best option for strength training. You can never replicate 100s of kgs of weight at home (if you can then you have a home gym). However there could be some reasons where it may not be the option. 1. Finances. Can you afford a gym membership? The main reason I trained at home is simply because I couldn't afford a gym membership. 2. Convenience. Is it convenient for you to go to the gym? Is it close to where you leave or 1 hour away. Is it a gym with good equipments? Are there too many people at all times? 3. Goal focused. What is your goal with fitness? If you want to do serious bodybuilding, or powerlifting or olympic lifting then you must go to a gym. 4. Comfort. This is also one of the reasons I train at home. I can train at any time I want, for as long as I want, with as little clothing and as much grunting without any complaints from other members. Think about the above points and see how they apply to your situation, and then make an informed decision.
13 perfect form pull ups (from dead hang to full range of motion) and 2 almost perfect form damn bro
Thanks. It used to be 17 at one point when I was 60kg, but due to bulking the number is decreasing.
Honestly great progress
Thanks!
That was epic brother 🔥
Thanks!
perfect form, all the way up and down, great job! most i could ever do was 12
That's still impressive to me who has just unlocked his first pull up a week ago.... And can do 2 at max rn ofc the guy in the red is on another level though
@pratyushprakhyatsingh believe in yourself and keep training. When I first started I couldn't even do a single pull up negative (let alone one full repetition). It look me like 3 months to do 5 pull ups. I was able to learn one arm chin up later. Persistence is key.
Just started my fitness journey with 40kgs weight set from Amazon and pull up bar from boldfit. This video is a good motivation.
That's great to hear! You can really get a lot creative with 40kg.
keep it up man
Thanks!
fire video 🔥
Thanks
I have noticed a bunch of grammar mistakes while editing this video. I am not very good at English and trying to improve, so please excuse them if you notice any. I hope the message that I am trying to convey is at least understandable despite the mistakes.
I am 6'3", 180 lbs, training exlusively calisthenics. I started out with ring dips and have been training them for 2 years now. My max is 12 reps with +100 lbs. I don't get bicep fatigue, mainly just chest and tricep fatigue. Sometimes my wrists get sore. I only do 3 sets and make sure movement is controlled. Maybe you place emphasis on your arms rather than your chest/core muscles. Keep grinding dude.
That is an impressive level of strength, that too at that 6'3" (I'm 5'8")! What is weird though I have never felt my triceps AT ALL during Ring Dips. Doesn't matter light or heavy, low or high reps. From a muscle activation/feeling standpoint, it is biceps/delts and then chest. My Ring Dips feel a lot like Cable Crossover except more unstable.
Great broo U are a very systematic disciplined person Keep it up 🔥
Thanks!
I stopped doing those because the setup was tedious, I just stick to weighted deficit pushups now
That's interesting. Shouldn't the setup for weighted deficit push ups be even more tedious as you'd need to put a lot of weights in a bagpack or a weight vest, then put it on and do push ups, where in dips you simply need to add the weights to your weight belt (plus you need less weight). The highest I have ever done in weighted deficit push up was 35kg/77lbs for relatively easy 8 reps back in 2021. However putting that much weight in the bag and then putting it on sucked, it was harder than the push ups themselves. Then just as I finished the push ups and sat upright, the straps of the bag broke and the weights fell all over, almost destroying some furniture. Now I don't go above 15-20kg/33-45lbs for push ups (decline) anymore due to fear and stick to higher reps.
Never experienced this and I do ring dips exclusively not quite as strong as you but I got ip to +106 at 180 pounds
106 at 180 is definitely very strong, stronger than me in absolute terms. Looking at the place of numbness, even though the pain is not quite as similar to doing straight arm work (like straight arm raises or supinated back lever training), the muscle groups affected are very similar. They are biceps and forearms. The first time I got them was when I was repping with 60lbs added. However with training it got better. But at 80lbs+ it's almost unbearable amount of fatigue. I am guessing with time and training, my biceps would get used to that weight as well, and it might even help me for my future straight arm skills. But that is not worth it for me to sacrifice all my other training as of now. I am curious how strong you are, or if you train straight arm movements. Like can you do a Supinated Back Lever or Iron Cross?
Good job 👏
Thanks!
Hey man, you look like a very nice guy. The transformation you had is great, pls update us if you are noticing some changes after stopping taking creatine. Wish you the best
Thank you, I definitely will after 10 more weeks. On a deload week now, I think it will be around early March. I try to track everything rigorously, so any change should be caught.
@amirfi859 Unfortunately I could not go 10 weeks without it. Just one month off, decided to start again. No change in body composition or energy levels, but those grinder reps are gone. Creatine did make a difference, I just expected too much I guess that's why I was pessimistic in this video. Uploaded a short update video: th-cam.com/video/vmeD8ayOvBU/w-d-xo.html
@@aulip_7 Thanks for the update man! keep up the good work!
Bro is massive. your arms are insane. congrats on the progress!

Amazing transformation, keep it up 🤝
Thank you 🙌
Did you know that petting a dog adds 0.75kg to your Weighted Pull Up one rep max? Follow for more evidence based lifting advice!!
You need to see a physiotherapist. Your left arm and shoulder is different than your right. Physiotherapist can help you .
Are you saying this on the basis of the measurements shown or how they look visually? The measurements are pretty close and as far as I'm aware of, it is normal to have a little bit of imbalance in the body ( th-cam.com/users/shortswGde-JJsylo?feature=share ). My bicep workout is entirely unilateral (due to the sorts of equipments I use) and the strength is very similar, maybe I'll get one extra rep on the right arm but that's it (which is also normal). It could also be the angle/lighting as I am not proficient in video recording setup.
@@aulip_7your body looks fine to me
goodluck my man. u got this, stay strong!

keep it up bro, you got this just dont give up
Thanks. I was quite hesitant to upload this as I generally don't like to tell others what I'm planning to do, because in the past every time I have revealed anything about my goals/intentions, they haven't actualized, while the things I keep it to myself tend to have. Hopefully this is a short/easy enough goal that can break that cycle. Lack of consistency/giving up won't be a problem, as I am too deep into this for that. I hope no external bad event happens to affect my training, then I will heavily regret uploading this video and declaring my goals beforehand to others.
@@aulip_7 its okay bro just remember that i look up to you, and you inspire people, ill stay tuned with the transformation

Just a question, I'm 14 and 87kg can barely do a close grip pull up, should i just continue doing them or should i do chinips then pullups? Loving your progress man and im looking forward to be like you one day
How much gap / rest did you give between trainings? Like did you train pullups everyday?
you don't need headphones for workout when you got the desi spicy food 😆 great work dude, truly inspiring. need more people like you for inspiring youth.
the result is good, but everything is spoiled by the fact that you laugh at a man who kneads his knees. Who gave you the right to exhibit it in this form in public?
Hello mate, you are absolutely correct to point this out. This is not ok to publicly post videos of anyone without their permission, especially in a mocking manner. I have trimmed that part out from the video (might take a few hours to reflect). I thought it was funny, I was clearly immature and I am sorry for that. If I upload any other video I will ve mindful of not repeating this behavior. (I would have pinned your comment but TH-cam wants me to give an ID proof for pinning a comment in my OWN video, which I'm not gonna do)
That’s a lot of days my man. If you have the resolve to train it for that long then most people should have the resolve to train it for a couple of weeks or months to get it
First of all, a big congrats for your achievement. You really did a good job. Anyway I have a question. What was your one rep max for weighted chin up when you achieved the OAC?
Of course I cant speak for him but I just unlocked my first OAP and my 1 rep max is +40kg with 68kg bodyweight, my height is 1,74m Hope that helps you :)
Great stuff! This shows how much patience you need for this feat of strength. But also how much is possible with perseverance.
Respect!

Fair play, top effort chap. What’s your next goal? Have you tried handstand push ups?
Currently working on my muscle up and front lever. Can front lever already but shit form. Yes I can do handstand push ups. But can't balance a handstand. Working on planche right now. At advance tuck.
Holy shit you got huge that’s cray
Not huge lol, only 60kg/132lbs. But when I started it was 44kg/97lbs so a lot bigger than before. Still pretty skinny/lean.
@Aryan Patel I'm about 171cm/5'7"
@Aryan Patel keep working 💪 It's better to be stuck at 10kg chin ups than bodyweight chin ups for 5 reps. Search on TH-cam "Mathew Zlat Weighted Calisthenics Program" and watch the video by Mathew Zlat. Follow that program and you will progress very quickly.
damnn good work !! you inspire me to keep going one year back I couldn't even do 1 pull up now I can do 3-5 in a set and seeing you I thing I can get to the one arm pullup
Most certainly. Focus on progressive overload and slightly getting better every week and you will get it in no time.
What's ur weight vishesh
