Just above 30 miles.
Torque update?
I am not 100% sure I have the modern update or not. I was told prior to ordering that the new models would ship with a 2300w peak over the original 2000w but it accelerates fine and does hills just fine. I'm a bit worried about updating to the new software since it would force default to class two and would need to be unlocked via Bluetooth before each ride.

So how is it with no suspension? That's been my biggest concern for possibly pulling the trigger on one yet
It has front suspension. But only about a half an inch of usable travel. Hard bumps and potholes are it's enemies but I have never hit anything that I feel would throw me off or cause me to crash. It's a great little ride if you are willing to put up with a few jolts and bumps.
@@star-k I appreciate the quick reply 👍🏽 🙏 I'm officially a van lifer, just having recently acquired a dope dosge roadtrek rv van, and have been looking to get something much smaller than my Super 73 s1 but still with some decent performance. I also do alot of courier/delivery work on ebikes and that's obviously my other wonder with this. Seems pretty promising though. I also have been considering the Fiido l3 which has no suspension. 23.5 ah battery.
@@akyerit this would do much better in terms of top speed, however if you are in hilly areas just be aware that the battery on this will take a small hit. I was able to do 33 miles at speed in Los Angeles before getting stranded on this thing. I've definitely had my fun with it.
My guy is flushing. 40 is sketchy for that thing.
It still hits 38 or so regularly with the miles and wear on it now, but the brakes wear out way to quickly for me to say that speeding on this thing would be advisable. Super stable below 35.

@@retrosurvival3988 do that and avoid hills and you'll get about 45 miles range or so before it cuts off. Riding like a mad man through Hollywood with the hills and everything I went 32 miles at speed before it cut off.

Awesome group ride, its funny seeing all those different ebikes I had the Super 73 S2 I had the RX, apollo explore, apollo pro, Cycleboard, out of all of them I’m looking forward to the roadrunner the most👍🏽 I see some kid has the fido 1 ? I guess u can mod those to go faster 🤔

do you ride it on Olympic parkway or telegraph canyon Rd? would you feel safe on it?
I do it from time to time and feel safe and stable on the roadrunner and my s2. The only thing I hate about that would be the drivers constantly cutting into the bike lane that you wont want to leave since traffic is moving at about 20+ mph above you.

Dope video & super chill ride! Do you ever have range anxiety on the group rides with the roadrunner? What's your average range on a full charge?
I don't really worry about a thing on group rides with the roadrunner. I have more than enough range for most rides and can keep up with or pass most riders since I'm a bit of a nut job on my rides. Its very capable.
@@star-k hell yeah man thats great to hear. I've been thinking about pulling the trigger on one of these for months now ever since I sold my gen 7. Hopefully soon I can get back out & ride with yall again.

I got my little pocket rocket Roadrunner the other day and for some reason it's bouncing and handlebars are vibrating when going over like 28 miles per hr. Does your one do that and if so how can it be avoided? Thank you and appreciate your response.
