Exploding caps when you type! Like a typewriter isn't annoying enough. Want people to leave? Try this!

Steve Banks - Walk Away

1986 XIPHOTEK Radio Ministry Of Love Strange Nursery I once saw Steve Banks in Montreal. He wasn't happy playing keys with some band at a bar at MtR/Clarke. Then I told him that This building is the Original Montreal Forum! It Was. He was so happy. The band didn't give a shit.

Montreal Mile End Bird and Frog
มุมมอง 20311 ปีที่แล้ว
I don't think it is a frog because I haven't seen any in the hood. I hear this bird in warm seasons and it is accompanied by a ... croak, of sorts. I don't know the name of the bird nor the source of the croaking. Video from "Montreal @ Night" by Preston Kanak.

this might be niche, but did Harlan Ellison mock this scene with his character AM in the i have no mouth and i must scream game? 💀
А это какой год?
Johnny Thunders and Jerry Nolan forever. The ultimate punks when punk wasn't even punk.
Good comment blessed be the one's who have ever heard the majestic sound of...j. Thunders.. sadness for people with no understanding of guitar exalence 👍
Yeah! Yeah ! And a hundred motherfuckin times yeah! 👍🏿 this is rock n roll folks
Johnny T and Jerry Nolan were a brilliant team and really shone post Dolls in the Heartbreakers. L.A.M.F. if it wasn't so terribly produced would be as iconic as The Stones "E.O.M.S"
You are not allowed to mention the name of the band on the internet, lest you be banned, cancelled, or the cops might turn up for a 'welfare check'.
R. I. P Frankie. A casualty of the American Dream, the dragon that we are weaned on, taught to chase, like so many of Pavlov's dogs. Where's your reward? Where's your dream? Vanishing like smoke, waking up to find your pension to be so pathetic that you have to take a job at a Burger King or a McDonald's, wear a ridiculous uniform and eat s**t from someone your grandkids' age because they've been led to believe that they're actually the manager of something. You'll never wake up to grab the controls and get out from under the dead, immeasurable steam engine of God Money, live as you were meant to live.
Love SIDs version of this ⛓️🔒🔗
You related to Frank Oz?
"Name yourself after a geographical region!" cue cinema sins chime.
Johnny was great I used to see him at Max's all the time. I miss those days.
Jerry. All that chaos and he's like a clock, an angry relentless clock, back there.
We were at this show. 5th row! It was mind altering! Directly in front of David.
What an insane performance giving everything he’s got and the sound of that guitar is electrifying. Awesome stuff.
Fucking smack. This guy had it all. Even song writing.
Mr Johnny Thunders legend !!! What a perfomance !!!!!
Why is it so rare to hear something rock this much?
Looks like Sylvain is playing the Pin-up Girl Les Paul which would later be stolen by Malcolm McLaren and given to Mr Steve Jones of the Sex Pistols.
The night Johnny became a fuckin star!!🏴☠️☠️🎛🎚♠️🖤💯💔
maybe the single greatest performance of rock n roll ever captured on film ? ... they tore the long beach arena down after this show
Rock and Roll to die for
<3
Dürren it's you
Inimitable Johnny! Drive song!
Don Kirschner was listed as the producer on The Archies album.
The dolls and the MC5 shaped the rock and roll I'd be listening to 40 yrs since I discovered them. It's not punk. It's hard glam!
Just straight out ROCKS fucking great song!
That this extraordinary, ground-breaking band isn't in the RRHOF is an obscenity.
Totally priceless
I love you I love you I love you
🤩🤩🤩
I am The Prime minister of Canada. What do you guys want?

Thunders is great on this, shame he was such an awfull person.
Morrissey sure had lousy taste
Great, but the obvious question is, where can I find a video of the rest of this particular gig?

Sylvain is playing the white Les Paul which would later belong to Steve Jones.
sylvain unsung hero on this jam. that riff is nasty
Wow they are really on form here! Awesome performance from all of them!
Jerry Nolan is one of the most underrated drummers in rock history. The guy was a straight up KILLER!
But the bassist was “Killer”….. 🤣😉 Seriously, Jerry Nolan is was one of the most rocksteady drummers of all time. He proves the old Jazz saying that a band is only as good as their drummer. (I’m some cases, its not technical ability like Neil Peart, who is a good example, the first Rush album rocks, but they sounded very Sabbath. Then, Peart, came along and completed “Rush” like Nick Headon for the Clash Dave Grohl did for Nirvana. And it’s subtle, but John Densmore is one of the tightest drummers of all time who goes a bit unrecognized. Some classic and seminal bands had solid drummers like the Beatles, for one, the Sex Pistols, the Ramones, AC⚡️DC, but they wouldn’t make any top 10’s of all time. He and Johnny really were on the same page. I had a drummer like that once. They are almost impossible to replicate, and only luck will land you with another drummer who influences the songwriting
@@ECNIV2000 I'm from Detroit (blow the reveille)! *Really, Really Well Said!* Jerry Nolan learned it's not _'holding-the-beat'._ It's *creating a pocket.* And, you can move (slightly) ahead of the beat or (slightly) behind the beat. AND: He learned how to 'swing' from the great Gene Krupa! You were a 'frontman'. So, you know the difference between an 'everyman' & a genius. (drummer) I only played in 'pickup' situations. So, I never had a 'good' drummer. 'Cept once. Unfortunately, he was a professional C&W drummer. It's amazing how different it is. We still had some fun! (he learned '4/4' real quick. LoL~°) *ROX ON!* - Dave B.
@deelux5519 I'm from Detroit (blow the reveille)! *I agree!* (underrated) @ECNIV2000 said it right. Densmore may be the 'most' underrated. Corky Laing too. I would add Dennis 'Machine-Gun' Thompson as well. But, everyone in The Motorcity knows he's one of the all-time greats! So, he'll always have that. Peace. Stay Healthy! - Dave B.
johnny fucken thunders
This performance knocked Don Kirshner's toupee off!!
Wow. It is true. That exact Les Paul later ended up with Steve Jones.
