I've changed my diet and this is the minimum amount I've found in my research. Thanks for sharing I am eating 1.6g/kg minimum, 4g/kg carbs and 1g/kg fat.

I would disagree. As a beginner, you should be mastering the technique of the big compound lifts so you don't hurt yourself when the weight starts getting heavier.
