A simple Transistor circuit running a brushless washing maching motor Part 2

A continuation of the transistor circuit I've been using to run a three phase washing machine motor. This time I attempt to increase power by rewiring the motor and find out the hard way that it is actually much easier than that. See part 1 here th-cam.com/video/11vjLOe6V3c/w-d-xo.html

I have upgraded the Tinman/ Lidmotor transistor circuit that I replicated in previous videos, to be able to run more powerful motors. This could realistically power a bicycle or even be a good start for a Gerard Morin motor/generator device. If you dont know what I'm talking about check out his video here th-cam.com/video/aOLnf_gP7K8/w-d-xo.html

While experimenting with Smart creations stepper motor circuit I have found that it also runs three phase motors just as well! I will need to try more transistor combinations to find the best efficiency.

My replication of lidmotor / smartcreation's very simple transistor circuit to run a stepper motor. Very powerful and very efficient. It may be more powerful than my bedini stepper circuit.

This a replication of lidmotor and tinmans stepper motor with a bedini circuit. I am amazed at the torque from such a small motor. My next phase will be attaching it to a bicycle as a peddle assist.
how to build a joule ringer from a microwave oven transformer

A quick video on how I replicated Lasersabers joule ringer3.0. Although I used a high power NPN transistor, any npn will work given the amount of power you put into the circuit is not more than it is rated for of course.

In this video I will try to show you how to build a slayer circuit and some of the mistakes I made along the way. I have also made some improvements on the original design.

4:11 Can you please explain why the phase connections work in this fashion? It seems that the coil that loop back on itself would do nothing since both ends of it are tied to the same point, and thus no potential across the coil could ever exist.

Does the high voltage spike from the transistor turning off cause a strong magnetic pull momentarily pulling the rotor indicated by the ringing noise? Although wasted energy, would a flyback diode prevent that (losing battery charging part). Or would a gradual turnoff of the transistor/mosfet help with that spike? I'm interested in a simple circuit to drive these motors at a fixed speed without having to buy £80 bldc drivers for each motor.

If you use three of your circuits, one for each phase, wouldn't you need to add a delay between them? In this video, is the current usage not as high as the second circuit benefits from the feedback voltage from the first circuit?

For a 36 pole Stator You will need to rewire the motor from 12 pole to 6,4, or 2 pole (Ex: In series wire the stators in the same direction Clockwise or Counter clockwise as long as it's the same. Stators wired in series below. 2-pole A phase [1-2-3-4-5-6]----[19-20-21-22-23-24] B phase [7-8-9-10-11-12]----[25-26-27-28-29-30] C phase [13-14-15-16-17-18]----[31-32-33-34-35-36] 4 pole A phase [1-2-3]----[10-11-12]----[19-20-21]----[28-29-30] B phase [4-5-6]----[13-14-15]----[22-23-24]----[31-32-33] C phase [7-8-9]----[16-17-18]----[25-26-27]----[34-35-36] 6 pole A phase [1-2]----[7-8]----[13-14]----[19-20]----[25-26]----[31-32] B phase [3-4]----[9-10]----[15-16]----[21-22]----[27-28]----[33-34] C phase [5-6]----[11-12]----[17-18]----[23-24]----[29-30]----[35-36] 12 pole A phase [1-4-7-10-13-16-19-22-25-28-31-34] B phase [2-5-8-11-14-17-20-23-26-29-32-35] C phase [3-6-9-12-15-18-21-24-27-30-33-36] WYE Configuration Power line goes into each one of the Start phase from your controller ABC The End phases ABC are join together as Common. Hey, my friend" I like What you're doing with the SG, Cercite. SO, I've Decided to give you a lil" tip.!! Now, try feeding ( RF ) Into the power supply system, after, what you have is coming, out of your power supply but before it goes into you're First coil. Use a small amp, like for A car, try to get the Two, to phase, Together, as much as possible. I don't know if you have a scope,.. But it would be very useful, there's a few things you may see, one " one " Is: you're amps will GO WAY DOWN.!! Now, another thing is, the return voltage, should be way UP.!! Over UNITY, That's what I got.... Then for REAL fun, add a step-up transformer, & run it through a spark Gap. That's when you should hang on to the chair, cause you will - Not, be able to hold on.!!

The original circuit to drive the motor outputs sinusoidal voltage to reduce stepping noise, but you get high-pitched noise as a result

Great video! If you see this comment I’d really appreciate your insights- I’m trying to recreate this circuit with a nearly identical washing machine motor, transistors, and everything else, but when I create it exactly how you do it causes the motor to just lock up and not spin. Are there any details or differences in your circuit from the diagram that you may have not mentioned? I replicated it exactly but haven’t been able to reproduce this behavior

Hi my friend, it's good to know that I'm not working "alone" with this Research.!! I hadn't been able to find any one else that was working on, the type of research, that I've been working on after Mr. ( Moron ), just Up and disappeared, this kind of work was, Gone. Actually I was thinking about starting a utube channel" showing what I had found. But, of course, without a couple more people, doing & posting the Work, that I'm doing,. on hear, there's really nothing to compare it to. So, I just wanted to hold what I've Found" till, someone" anyone" started posting things on here About, this type of energy.!! I wanna tell you something about This type of power coming out Of the BMF, As you probably know By now, running it through a cap,, Helps clean it up" & smooth it out. But if you are interested in, finding a Fairly new power, that acts like* SMART POWER, Run the BMF, through a ( step-ups transformer). Take it up to around 5 or 6 thousands, Volts then run it through Two ( spark gaps )!! Okay" then run some tests on what comes out. It's not dangerous, so, don't worry about that. What should be coming out, Is Eather, tapped, Resonance RF, power. Then do some research With it, I will be back, in a lil" bit. And if you've made progress" I'll see what you've done.... & I would Really appreciate, someone" working on the same thing I am. Thank you for posting you're work....

I used your idea and it works! Just one problem...I tried using a tip3055 and a 2N3055 transistor and they both heat up and blow within 30 seconds. The light starts out nice and bright then starts slowly flickering then ....pffft. Done! Is the transistor too weak or could my transformer be too large? I'm using a 1000 watt transformer from a mid-sized microwave. I've followed your video exactly except I'm using a 12 volt battery. Any ideas?

    • @Buzzhumma
      @Buzzhumma 2 ปีที่แล้ว

I think those 3005 are only rated for 60v but high amps. You need simething to deal with higher voltage like 600 as the kickback will destroy them !

I would suggest you to connect two enjusted coils with the the two on the opposite side of stator. That will make more torque with less energy wasting. Because those magnetic forces being put at diameter distance will produce more energy efficient mechanical effort.

To possibly aid you in your very acknowledged endeavor, I wanted to hint that the coils windings and stator magnets might very well have been done in order to at least partially avoid the Lentz's effect - each coils 'cutting' the counter-directed magnetic field and/or each pole acting on bipolary wounded coils. Yet another principle would be suitable utilization of the BEMF, which you have been registering through condenser charging, while it should be put back into other coils. Could you please provide information if your results/insights ar in line with these principles?! I would be interested to get in touch with ... nedic.slbdn@gmail.com
