Nope unfortunately the red will just peek out underneath. Your best bet is to remove the red with Color oops and then dye it over with the brown otherwise you will get a result you will not like :) hope it helps you out with your decision!

It strips the hair from permanent Color and it does not contain bleach. Bleach is very damaging for hair so this is a gentle way to remove previous hair Color. Hope that answers your question ! :)

Thank you so much ! I have read the ingredients on the box and it does contain toluene 2,5. Hope that helps you choose a different hair dye that would be safer !

@@melisaliu3814 Thanks for the response. I plan to buy a box store hair color that has Toluene 2,5. to do a patch test. If no reaction occurs, I will then purchase the Schwarzkopf hair color because I love the look on you. I appreciate your help 👍

As a licensed cosmetologist, please do not use henna if you want to change your color later. Henna is extremely hard to remove and majority of people have to cut off their hair and start over. Henna is great if you have no plans of changing your hair color.
