🧡 RECIPE: full recipe video - th-cam.com/video/7G7xJuyqVbk/w-d-xo.htmlsi=zcjPoIoeCzd7BgpA INGREDIENTS: -1 butternut squash -2-3 cups broth (chicken or veggie) -3 garlic cloves or 2 tsp garlic powder -1 tsp onion powder or 1/4 cup chopped yellow onion -olive oil -1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1 tsp oregano & thyme -optional additions: chopped carrot or sweet potato -optional toppings: dairy free ricotta & toasted pumpkin seeds INSTRUCTIONS 1. Preheat oven to 400°. Peel squash, scoop out seeds, and cube then add to parchment paper on a cookie sheet. Drizzle olive oil to cover the cubes and massage. Add garlic, onion, salt, and pepper. Bake for ~35 min or until soft (you should be able to easily spear with a fork), then let cool for 5-10 min. 2. We’re using a large stockpot on the stovetop for this next part. Add 1 tbsp olive oil on medium heat. Optionally add the garlic cloves in first to crisp them more for a minute. Then add the rest of the butternut squash into the pot. Add oregano and thyme. 3. Add 2-3 cups of chicken or veggie broth (this will depend how large your squash is). Remove from heat and use an immersion blender to blend the soup until creamy and consistent. 4. Add the pot back to the stove and heat it over medium heat for 5-8 min. Do a taste test and add any last salt and pepper! 5. Serve with toasted pumpkin seeds, dairy free ricotta, and toasted baguette ✨ #butternutsquashsoup

Recipe: these adorable RUDOLPH CHOCOLATE POPS are filled with a sweet surprise - a red candy nose hiding inside! 🔴🦌 they are so easy to make and perfect for adding holiday cheer to your celebrations ✨ INGREDIENTS: -1/4 cup chocolate -1 tsp coconut oil -red candy by yumearth or unreal INSTRUCTIONS: -first, add the candy to the molds. I like to cut the candy in half and press into the lollipop stick. -add the chocolate and coconut oil to a microwave-safe glass bowl. melt in (3) 30 second increments, taking out to stir each time. once fully melted, remove. -pour chocolate in the molds. refrigerate for 15-20 min until hardened, then enjoy! enjoy these fun lil holiday treats!

RECIPE ❤ these only need a few ingredients and look amazing thanks to the tree mold. you can get creative and use different mold shapes - I feel like a wreath would be super cute too! INGREDIENTS -1/4 cup white chocolate -1 tsp coconut oil -1/2 tsp matcha (strain first) -optional: sprinkles INSTRUCTIONS -add the white chocolate + coconut oil to a small glass bowl. microwave in 30 seconds increments (taking out to stir) for a total of 1:30. -add the matcha, then stir until mixed fully! -add sprinkles in the molds (optional), then pour the chocolate into the molds. add the lollipop sticks. you can also add sprinkles on top if you want decoration on both sides! -place in the fridge for 10-15 min until hard, then enjoy! store in fridge. #christmas

RECIPE if you’re counting down to Christmas, let these HOLIDAY SNOWMEN join you ☃️ they’re a cute healthier option compared to most store-bought Christmas baking activities. you can grab the recipe for my NO BAKE VANILLA SNOWBALLS a couple posts back (it’s also linked on this video) - they’re going to make up the snowman’s body! what else you need: mini chocolate chips, pretzels, shredded carrot, chocolate cup ☃️🩵 how to make: -make the snowballs first! follow my recipe 2 posts back. -let’s start with the head - use mini chocolate chips for his eyes and mouth. I used a tiny shredded carrot for his nose, or get creative with candy. I added an upside-down mint chocolate cup for his hat! -now work on his middle section: add mini chocolate chips for buttons, then pretzels for arms! -time to assemble! flatten the top & bottom of the snowballs until they can sit on top of each other. use the largest for the bottom. add a squeeze of honey as the “glue” to create your snowman’s body. you can also use a skewer or toothpicks down the middle to help give some structure! -feel free to add other decorations or optionally sprinkle some coconut shreds to make it snow! ☃️🩵❄️

Essential oils are far more likely to cause issues than fragrances. If a person has an allergy, breathing in an essential oil can cause anaphylaxis. Beyond that, there are truly no essential oils safe for pets and they can cause lung, neurological damage, and death to dogs, cats, and especially birds. Just because it’s “natural” doesn’t make it safer. Anthrax is natural too.

❤ RECIPE oooh yall these are what a snowball should really taste like - light, fluffy, sweet vanilla & coconut cream ☃️ these NO BAKE VANILLA SNOWBALLS are the perfect bite around the holidays! I’ll be real, these only lasted 1 day in our house 😂 the healthy fats + fiber from the coconut is perfect for a snack! they are SO simple to make and you don’t even need to turn on the oven. you only need 5 ingredients (+ sea salt) and you’ll have a decadent treat for snacks or dessert. INGREDIENTS (makes 12) -1 cup shredded coconut + more for rolling -1/2 cup coconut flour -1/4 cup coconut butter -1/4 cup maple syrup -2 tsp vanilla paste (for extract, use 1 tbsp bc paste is stronger) -pinch of sea salt INSTRUCTIONS (sooo simple) -throw all the ingredients in a food processor. blend / pulse until it starts to form into a large dough ball. remove the dough ball and divide into 12 equal pieces. -lay down a sheet of parchment paper and sprinkle some shredded coconut. -roll the 12 pieces into balls, then roll them in the coconut until the outside is coated. enjoy or store in the fridge! that’s it ✨☃️ so simple, so easy, making them a fun activity to do with family! you can even add more toppings, like sprinkles or chocolate chips. enjoyyyy #holidaycookies #snowballcookies #christmascookies #glutenfreecookies #easycookies #nobake
RECIPE You might think this is dessert… but it’s healthy enough that I would actually categorize it as breakfast 🍎🥰 If you want a cozy breakfast during the holidays, you need this APPLE CRISP in your life! Yall - the house smelled SO good when I made this, it was like fall + Christmas rolled into one. It’s free of gluten, dairy, and refined sugars and has great protein + nutrients from the crispy topping. this makes ~4 servings in a small baking dish. 🍎 FILLING INGREDIENTS -2 organic apples, peeled and cut into small cubes -1 tsp water -1 tsp maple syrup -1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice -1/2 tsp cinnamon ✨ CRISP TOPPING INGREDIENTS -1/3 cup gluten-free rolled oats -1/3 cup almond flour -1/2 cup walnuts (chopped) -2 tbsp hemp seeds -1/2 tsp cinnamon -1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice -1/8 tsp salt -1 tablespoon maple syrup -1 tablespoon coconut oil -1/2 teaspoon vanilla paste or extract INSTRUCTIONS -Preheat oven to 350°. Mix all filling ingredients together in a mixing bowl, set aside. -Grease small baking dish with coconut oil. Pour filling into baking dish, then start making the topping. -Mix all topping ingredients together in a mixing bowl until it's sticking together. Pour evenly on top of the filling. -Bake for ~35-45 min. Keep an eye on it, and add aluminum foil to the top if it's starting to get too brown. The topping should be golden brown when done. 🧡 RECIPE I never thought I’d say this, but it is 100% possible to make delicious chili WITHOUT any tomatoes. This cozy PUMPKIN CHILI is the perfect comfort dish for fall and winter. Whether you have acid reflux, can’t have nightshades, or just want to switch it up with fall flavors, this is for you 🧡 INGREDIENTS: -2 tbsp olive oil -2-3 cloves minced or pressed garlic -1 lb ground turkey, chicken, beef, etc (seasoned w/ salt & pepper) -1can beans, such as cannelini -2-3 cups chicken broth (depending on the consistency you like) -1/3 cup pumpkin puree -1 medium sweet potato, chopped -1 cup chopped carrots -1-2 cup chopped mushrooms -1 tsp apple cider vinegar -1 tsp arrowroot powder (optional for thickening) spices (prep in a little bowl to make a mix): -1/2 tsp dried oregano -1 tbsp chili powder -1 tsp onion powder (or 1/3 cup chopped onion) -1/2 tsp cumin -1/2 tsp black pepper to taste -1 tsp sea salt to taste (adjust to 1/2 if your broth is higher in sodium) INSTRUCTIONS: -Chop your veggies up. Heat olive oil in a large dutch oven over medium heat, then add garlic. When it starts to brown, add ground meat. Season with a little salt & pepper. Break up and cook until no longer pink, then remove and set aside. -Add veggies to the pan with 1 cup of broth. Stir and cover for 5-8 minutes until they soften. -Add beans, pumpkin, apple cider vinegar, and spices. Bring to a boil, then turn down heat and simmer. Stir for a few minutes. -If you’d like to thicken it, make a slurry from arrowroot powder & 2 tsp cold water in a bowl. Mix together, then add to the chili. -Add the meat back in and warm for 3-5 minutes. @@RarecuisineSaucegod-ig8bc it should work as I’ve seen fondant sweet potatoes before! The only thing you may need to adjust is timing - perhaps a bit less on the stovetop, and a bit more in the oven (like 35ish min). Keep an eye on them and use a fork to check when they’re soft & tender!
