I've been watching a lot of anime these days and wanted to get to the bottom of our attachment to these fictional characters in this video essay. I am starting to ponder even going to this extreme because honestly, even though I deleted all social media, I am still addicted to TH-cam and Netflix/Disney+.
Same! I quit social media a few years ago but TH-cam is really my weak spot and I can't stop it
I since realised listening to this again, that this can be applied even to nail biting [another habit I want to quit.] So cool.
