I went with the IAG timing belt kit with a Company 23 water pump on my 2019 STI. I did stainless brake and clutch lines a while back. A couple of the nuts were a PITA to break free, the 10mm flared nut wrench couldn't loosen it so I had to use a vise grip wrench. I just put a 26mm front sway bar on last week and it was a huge difference from the 24mm OEM (Sitting on Cygnus X1's and Titan 7's). I already have a 22mm in the rear which is great but adding the new 26mm front was really noticeable. I have spherical endlinks out back and adjustables out front. Doing my IAG pickup/oil pan kit next. If you're considering audio, go with OEM+. I have the whole kit for our year with dual subs and it's awesome. I would never ever consider air bags with the huge hit on suspension performance. Don't do it man. Keep performance at a high priority. I'm with you on the Supra. That's the only car I would consider upgrading to. But I'm more inclined to keep my STI as time goes by. I'm at 85k miles with just a Stage 1+ tune.

I bought these FA500 coilovers for my 2015 WRX since my old coilovers are failing. From what I read the FA500 VA1 and VA2 are the same for the STi and WRX. Please correct me if I'm mistaken on this. Good video keep it up :)

Anything else I can do other than the control arms to straighten out my camber? My rears are at -3.9… with these LCA’s I’ll be at -2.9 at best.. did you do anything else? NGL your camber was lookin pretty savage in the beginning of the video 😂😂

What a lot of people don't get about this technique is speed. To execute engine braking properly, you need to use the cars capabilities. Use your left foot to brake... that's a bigger trick.

How is the relocated oil pressure sensor working out? I have an AEM Oil Pressure Gauge going on my 2009 WRX with an EJ255 and was looking around for a solution.

I went with the srp frs/brz gas pedal and the spacer. Holes were slightly off the stock pedal little bumps but still fit snug. Also instead of using your actual heel and toe, try just the side of your foot/pinky toe. Much easier for me and natural feeling.

Been driving standards for probably longer than you've been alive. Just recently tried to learn to rev match. Wow, hurts my brain.

I have the same setup, and I ended up flipping the accelerator pedal cover 180 degrees so the excess smooth material is now at the top right as opposed to the bottom left. I found that I kept accidentally hitting the accelerator pedal when braking or hitting the brake when accelerating no matter how I much I adjusted the Verus spacer. The end result is that I have a more “normal” driving experience, but I could still heel-toe easier than the stock setup!

I saw those pedal covers and ultimately decided against them. Glad you like it after some getting used to! Pumped to see what is next.
