@@CarlStaton-te9wx Thank you so much Carl ✨🙏🏻 I've never tried it but I can see it has Osmanthus in it, which reminds me of Guerlain Cuir Intense, a very nice realistic leather accord 👌🏻 but I'll definitely get it as I'm always on the hunt for animalic leathers 😎 By the way the one that currently holds the crown 👑 for me for animalic leathers is Hard Leather by Laurent Mazzone, you definitely need to check it out if you haven't already...(I did an extensive review of it)

@LEATHERheadz very true my fraternal brother. I've been a collector of leather jackets for years but I have no room for anymore and of course colognes take up less room, hence the hobby or addiction as you've discussed in your brilliant talk on fragrance addiction, the best and most eloquent I've found on YT. I don't wear a lot of my non leather fragrances much anymore except sometimes in summer with the odd zesty one. I wear leather scents on hot days also as they are just too good to keep to the colder months. You have impeccable taste my friend and you express it perfectly

It'a so nice to meet someone who shares the same passion!✨ I also wear leather fragrances year round. I don't believe in the marketing tactics of companies where a fragrance is supposed to be for summer or winter. I wear what I love and l love what I wear 😎

There are people that are surely going to love GGA no matter what however you twist it and sure enough, they can still earn millions from unique and same minded consumers like us. We may be just only a few or even more that we aren't just aware of, but only one thing is for sure; GGA is only for unapologetic men who doesn't give a damn about mainstream favorites and will choose what he wants, not what people wants from him... And that's what makes Gucci Guilty Absolute an overall unique masterpiece. It really defies the word - WHAT MAKES A MAN.

Quality is my first criteria from a fragrance, and please don't think niche fragrances are always better than designer ones, even though niche is supposed to always have high quality ingredients but unfortunately that is not always the case. I recently bought a niche fragrance for €320 and it is absolute garbage! It's called Lost Paradise Extreme Oud by Laurent Mazzone. It lasts 30 mins on skin and doesn't smell of oud at all despite being in the expensive Extreme Oud line. And honestly the best value for money I got during my 20 years of fragrance experience is from designer brands (for example Dior Homme Parfum is the #1 best value for money in all aspects whether it's performance or scent profile 👑 ) 😊

It's definitely a great fragrance and all fragrances are unisex to me (Thanks to Tom Ford for popularizing the concept) but I just feel that the cedar gives it a masculine touch ✨😊 but again like I always say nothing is more sexy on a female than a leather fragrance (which are usually darker, bolder and associated with men by the society) 😊

But the funny thing now when I think about it, it was pure oil no alcohol in it, so maybe that's why it felt weird, but it was an official Orto Parisi sample so I don't know why they did it like that. However, I was actually considering giving it a second chance and just buying a whole bottle...I think I'll buy it next week, and I'll do a re-review 😎. I want to believe that it's animalic...after so many disappointments with designer brands (Tom Ford & Dior) I decided now to not buy any fragrance if it doesn't have animalic notes in it. The problem with Alessandro Gaultieri he doesn't publish the notes 😅

I ordered Hyrax from Zoologist, and also Art04 The One and Only Oud, should be an animalic leathery treats 😋

Also ordered Al Haramain Cambodi Oud Intense, another animalic leathery oud treat 😋(for a very reasonable price!)

The Holy Trinity in fragrances for me is: Leather, Animalics & Oud 👑👑👑

By the way I don't know if you saw my review of Serge Lutens Cuir Mauresque, but I sprayed it today and I'm definitely ordering a backup bottle! It's sooo good! (I actually forgot about it as it's in the back of my collection 😅)

For me performance of the fragrance is one of the main criteria when choosing a fragrance, because if it doesn't perform well then it defeats the whole purpose. I haven't tried Kajal Lamar Noir but will definitely do since it's that strong 💪🏻 😎

Thank you so much my friend 🙏✨ I really appreciate it🙏 About Tuscan Leather Intense, where should I start? 😅For me it was the Holy Grail! Because animalic leather is the most pure & true form of a leather fragrance. (a true leather accord can't exist without animalic notes) I've been hunting for it like crazy, even left messages everywhere even on Fragrantica, but it didn't work out, they either want way too much for it, or the seller is outside the EU 🇪🇺 and then i'll have to pay extra import fees and import taxes on top of the high price they're asking since I live in Denmark 🇩🇰 (I'll have to pay roughly 30% extra on top of the price, as our VAT is 25% plus 5% import fees, so for example they want $300 for 50ml, then it'll cost me $400) I even tried re-creating the scent 😂by layering first Afrika Olifant or Hard Leather, and then spraying TL on top (since the extra notes in TLI are animalic notes and davana) and it worked better with Afrika Olifant...but unfortunately I'll have to live my life accepting the fact that I never tried Tuscan Leather Intense 👑🐆

Tuscan Leather Intense hmmm its nice but not as good as Tuscan Leather!!! Start nice, and its nice for an hour,,, after that all all you smell is rasberry!!! Tl its a 10 and TLI its an 8.

@@LEATHERheadz hi,,, yes, it's a bit animalic at first,,,, but the animalic notes are subtle,,, and the leather is the same as the one in Ombre Leather!!! I was very curious to try it,,, and when I had it and tested it, I was totally disappointed!!! for me it looks like a continuation of Ombre Leather and not of Tuscan

@@timoftiflaviu that's actually what I heard 💯 I don't understand all the hype around Black Afgano though, it was sooo hyped up and the whole world was talking about it, even though there's a ton of other more creative and better fragrances out there that never got 0.5% of the attention that BA got 🤷🏻‍♂️

I only tried Cuoium from Alessandro Gaultieri, and honestly it was a disappointment. The smoke in it was too overpowering that it mutes all other notes, it's just smoke that's it. No leather or animalics or anything at all... 🌫️

@@theboyisso6960 Thank you so much my friend 🙏🏻 ✨ Yup rest assured that your bottle is 💯 genuine as I bought both mine directly from Tom Ford 😌 one of them has A24 batch code, and the other has C24 (just like yours 😉). To be honest (& my channel is all about honesty) I'm very disappointed in the performance. If I'm lucky I'll get anything over 2 hours. I have always maintained that the type of notes used plays a bigger role in performance than the concentration. The notes used in Ombré Leather (both EdP & parfum) are very smooth, soft and light, which makes them not very much long lasting. Also the leather accord is too smooth since it's a floral leather. I usually go for dark rugged bold leather fragrances which contain animalic notes, those are the longest lasting of all fragrances as a leather accord is usually made from base notes (animalic notes, resins, oud, etc.) and base notes are the longest lasting notes. The problem with Ombré Leather it's too floral (since it's made by Sonia Constant) that's why it doesn't last at all....however maturation could improve performance as usually with time notes tend to get darker and more potent so hopefully 🍀

By the way the Parfum version is even weaker 😂🤷🏻‍♂️
