I haven’t had a chance to test it personally, but it’s one or the other for the hoop. The insta360 damper needs the attachment to be centered for it to work optimally, and the hoop offsets the weight. From others who have used the hoop, it doesn’t really reduce vibrations at all but does provide a more secure attachment method if you aren’t trusting the OP3’s threaded mount with the plastic clips

Unfortunately I sold the car a while back so I won't be able to make any W212 E-Class specific videos. Based on pictures of the camera, you most likely need to remove the interior trim on the trunk to gain access to the camera

From what I am seeing online, 0009053804 fits 2015-2018 CLS models and the 2016 E-Class. I know the 2016 E-Class had the updated NTG, so my guess is this also resulted in a different front camera. I didn't think that they would need a new camera just for updated software, but then again it's Mercedes and it wouldn't surprise me if that's the case. I have updated my description to include the 2016 part number. I am glad you found this since this was for my 2014 and I had assumed it was the same part # for all years

@@Aaphree I also found a variant that’s questionable Part# :000905150364 If I search on MBparts through my Vin number it says that part will fit my car It also states on MB site that 000905150364 replaced 0009051503 The only thing that i found is that none of those two state 360 View on the part descriptions… But on the 0009053804 it does say 360 The only thing that’s got me confused is why does it say it fits my vehicle through the MB parts search Could it possible be an exact replacement for 0009053804?

Excellent advice and something I should have mentioned. It's always a good idea to disconnect the batteries when changing anything involving electrical components to reduce the risk of shorting something or messing up calibration. Glad that it all worked out for you as well!

Did you get a used part? It is possible it is faulty. Does the screen show anything if you plug the old camera back in?

@@Aaphree It supposed to be a new one from Amazon, when i plug the old one it work normale.

@@Kay-xz5ru I would definitely reach out to the seller. You might have gotten a faulty one especially if the old one still works when you plugged it back in

Bryan Yergeau startup is definitely louder, and cruising around town is louder too, but not obnoxious. There is a smell from being catless

I bought it like this, but once the weather gets nicer I will buy the test pipe to remove it. I also didn't feel like spending the money on a little pipe, instead I bought other stuff haha

I also had to replace the clutch/flywheel, tires, brakes, etc so that kinda took priority over the past year and a half

Manny P after having tons of issues exhaust related, turns out that the 3rd cat was actually the ATLP high flow one. That and the RV6 have since been gutted since the RV6 hfpc failed and came apart

Aaphree did your atlp high flow third cat fall apart? How did you know?

@@sockerballer100 No, the 3rd hfc was perfectly fine. My RV6 HFPC fell apart and clogged the 3rd cat. Since I didn't know it was an ATLP high flow 3rd cat, I started to gut it. Quickly realized it wasn't stock, but it was too late since I had already done enough damage that I had no choice but to continue gutting it

I know it's a mid size car, when you brought it stock was it fast. not fast as now lol but you know.. I'm trying to get rid of my eclipse since it is consider a race car which is slow as heck. my insurance is ripping me off, so that's why I was looking for a fun car not slow tho, them my insurance will lower.

Pete Blazer it's my friend's, not mine, but insurance doesn't know what it is so they list it as a normal Mazda 6, not a sports car. stock they make 274 crank hp. they're heavy, but awd and manual, so they're fun. don't expect to blow everyone out of the water stock, but they're still fun to drive. I was impressed riding in this video, and he was mostly stock besides tune, exhaust, and intake

exactly that's why I want to get one, insurance doesn't know. I'll go for a white one as well because I heard this color has the lowest insurance. I thought my eclipse was fast compare to that I wanna rko my eclipse and cry after lol (sarcastically) but anyways I appreciate it you replying and I'll sub to your channel... I'm making plan on buying it what exhaust will sound better with it? should I do a full straight pipe with a tip or half pipe with a custom muffler.

Pete Blazer thanks I appreciate it! my friend is running a catback, but it's essentially straightpiped with a resonator, and just a generic tip on the end. He changed it to single exit instead of the stock dual exit. He's also catless

I believe there is only 1. Removing it makes the exhaust louder but not obnoxious, but what it does do is allows those crazy pops to be heard. Removing the cat causes the pops to be very loud, much louder than you'd expect

I believe that is the optimal way to make the car loud but not obnoxious. Correct?

+sbepdavid if you do not have the M Sport exhaust, getting a catback or turboback will definitely increase the sound without being obnoxious. If you don't want to do that, getting a Catless downpipe is a good way to keep it classy and sounding good

I just tuned my M235i and installed the catless downpipe from Armytrix... The sound is jawdropping. It's perfection. It's not too loud it's just right... And the pops are a lot louder... I'll post up a video very soon. :)

Glad you got something out of the video, wanted to give a brief look at it so people can see what's inside it. Hmm, if one was a lot more expensive, you sure it's not the brushless system? Vaterra offers some brushless packages. If not, are your batteries charged all the way? One issue that seems to be common is the charger that comes with the car gets false volt readings, and won't always charge the battery completely. I find that I need to hit the charge button a few times throughout the charging process to ensure its fully charged

dooce100 oh OK. Then check the battery charge. See how long it's actually charging for. If it's only doing like 30 minutes, it's not charging long enough. My first run my Silvia was pretty quick, then after that it couldn't even get and tire spin. Figured out my charger wasn't charging the battery all the way
