Fred!! I have vacationed here while my father was working and was blessed to see this big guy Fred and several other turtles. Night dives in Cane bay are my favorite dive spot!! Could I ask what camera you are using? My camera records well, but not with that quality.
I use a GoPro 10. Nothing fancy! :)

How do you enter the water by the pier?
When you are facing the pier, at the base, look to the left. You'll see a small set of stairs made from cinder blocks. Go down those, then you'll see a large slab of concrete leaning sideways. Go in to the left of the slab. There is usually a little trail of sand there. :) In-JOY!
We just went snorkeling at the Pier. A little murky by the cinder block steps but once you get near about the 10th pylons we saw turtles. One nice bigger one just swam past my friend & I in a ray of sunshine and we just floated along beside it. So incredible.
